1 /5 Wyatt Parker: I scheduled my appointment for August in April, and immediately sent my charts / x-rays. I then resent them a week before my appointment just to be safe. When I arrived, no-one had looked at my charts and the clerk wasnt in so they couldnt look at what I had sent them. AS SOON AS the dentist looked my x-rays, he knew he didnt have the tools on hand and wouldnt be able to help. The dental assistant told me theyd wave the cost of the appointment because it was their fault they never looked at my charts in the 3 months between my booking and appointment. This is fine, I understand things happen. But they apparently never told the clerk, because she still is trying to charge me for a consultation, for something I wouldnt have needed if they looked at my charts at all, which I had sent twice.

1 /5 John: Just like any Dental in this County youre better off going elsewhere because theyre not accepting new patients at all especially if you have medicaid. Just another discrimination in Schuyler County

1 /5 Kaitlyn McCord: Do NOT go here. First off, the front desk staff is extremely rude. I’ve only been going to them for a year and now twice have been rudely spoken to. Tammy is flat out disrespectful. I tried to call to make an appointment for a filling Dr. Nguyen did that needs to be redone, the ONLY filling he has done. Which if you want a dentist to make it feel like he is ripping apart your mouth, because of how rough he is, cut up the inside of your mouth, or to have to go back in to have your tooth filed just after leaving your appointment because he left a sharp piece of filling on the side of your tooth then I’d say go for it. Anyways, I was told “you can’t be seen at this office anymore.” “You were sent to collections.” The amount of $82. First of all, I haven’t gotten a single notice saying I owed the office anything, had I, I would’ve paid it. Second of all, I’ll gladly take my business else where. This is the worst dentist office I’ve ever gone to. I’ll make sure to let people know not to go here, and I’ve found that lots of people have had similar experiences.
