1 /5 Nicolette King: My daughter and I recently visited this salon for extensions, and while the space is visually appealing, the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the stylists here seem inexperienced with traditional sew-ins and lace closure sew-ins.
The stylist who worked on my daughter’s hair (she had copper hair) didn’t even know how to properly curl the hair. The braiding pattern was inconsistent, with two large braids in the back and smaller ones on the sides—it looked rushed and unprofessional, as you can see in the photos.
As for my own experience, my lace was already lifting within 24 hours, and parts of my hair weren’t even sewn down completely, which is unacceptable. Despite these issues, I was not refunded for my incomplete service (a matter I’m currently disputing). Thankfully, my daughter did receive a refund.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. The lack of skill and attention to detail makes it clear they are not equipped to deliver quality hair services.
