Myabella Burrola Absolutely wonderful place ran by very polite ladies, she took her time, didnt cut my cuticles open (as most places seem to) and she even massaged my hands afterwards with amazing scented oils and lotions. If you want an affordable manicure, definitely stop by!! Tip them well, they work very hard!

Meenu Batra Really bad spa pedicure. This used to be a great place for pedicures, but today when I went, I didn’t see the old staff. The person who did my spa pedicure, did a terrible job. My nails were neither cut properly nor cleaned appropriately. I got a gel nail paint and he didn’t finish it with a top coat. The massage that comes with the spa pedicure, he didn’t even touch my feet, just kept massaging the calves. It was more of a torture than a relaxing experience.

Barbara Hatala Ive been a regular client for roughly 4-5 years, and have always had a great experience! Tina and the staff do a wonderful job. I get acrylics with gel polish and they last for 2 weeks or longer with no issues. I call ahead and and have little to no wait. Highly recommended!

Chloe Myers Service was absolutely phenomenal. The lady who did my nails was very thorough and made sure that the nails were all the right length and shape, she messed up a few times but she fixed her mistakes, and I was brought water during my experience. The nails are absolutely gorgeous and I would definitely go there again.

zailyn a Money hungry. Tried to charge me $100, after I questioned the price, another lady let me know she told the lady doing my nails to charge me extra for “time”. I was given $20 back, still terrible. The man tried to tell me and my friend it was $15 per acrylic toe. Then another lady let us know it was $55 for all 10 toes. All around just trying to get people out their money without putting in their best effort. 10/10 do not recommend.

Rylee Kerstetter Dont bother making an appointment. Had an appointment for 2 pm that I booked a week in advance. I walk in and they have me sit at one of the nail desks. I waited an hour and thirty minutes before anyone touched my nails. Walk ins were getting done before me. It wasnt until I talked about going somewhere else with the other person I came with that a worker decided to have me come over to their desk to finally get started. I had Joyce and she was really nice but I feel like because of the amount of people there she had to rush her work and it wasnt the greatest. My nails came out crooked and different lengths.

Tiffany Che I am very happy with my nails! I got gel extensions with a different design on each nail. Mark did a great job, and I could tell he was trying his best to make them look good, like my inspo picture. They lasted four weeks with no lifting. I will definitely return to get my nails done here again!

Phoenix Jacobson I have been to many nail salons and Art Nails goes above and beyond. Louis did an amazing job, he is a perfectionist and I would highly recommend him to anyone. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming! I got a fill for a great price and they ended the service with a shoulder and hand massage (which many places don’t do). Definitely go to Art Nails they’re the best!!

Carli Clark So I had previously went to another nail salon for acrylics… they were terrible. So I came to modern nails hoping to get at least something closer to what I wanted. They took my acrylics off for no extra charge and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. The staff was so kind and friendly, I absolutely love my nails and definitely will be back! Highly recommend!

Caroline Haradon I’ve been to this place many times now and I’m sorry but they never do a good job AND they’re mean. I went to get a pedi for engagement photos and this is what I got? Messy and unclean. I asked them to redo them and they used a different color I didn’t ask for and still got the polish all over my skin. Not to mention they talked about me the whole time!

May Roberts My mom and I have been coming here for years now and our nails always turn out awesome! We always get nail art. They consistently do a great job, and have charms and rhinestones you can add. I highly recommend.

Tracy Ripchick I am not from here and wanted my nails done for my bday. I called at 4:30 and they said to come at 6:30. They were busy and had several people before me so they didn’t take me until 7. Even though they close at 7, Kim was patient and didn’t rush through my manicure. I showed her a picture and she made it happen. I’m so appreciative and happy with how they came out!

Jenna Diaz Ciriaco Jim (guy on the end near the back) was not my nail tech but he’s the one that offered to attempt the nail art after being showed a tutorial of what I wanted. He’s precious and that’s what inspired me to leave the review. I was a walk in and within 5 minutes my nails were being worked on. Service was fast, great parking, Jim’s the guy to go to!

Cody Quail Nails didnt even fit the whole fingernail. Claimed it would fixed but it wasnt. Wouldnt come back again.Head manager is always off at the lottery machine pushing people out of the way because she thinks theres a way to count the lottery tickets.. instead of worrying about her customers.. didnt realize a manger could behave like that ..and almost get physical trying to cut infront over a lotto machine? very unprofessional.. and I wouldnt recommend this place to any one .. go else where before you allow these people to scam you .

Tanya Fogarty This is my second post, first one taken down. Ive been going here for years, here n there. Never no problem till the other day, i have my reg nailtech so i get pedicures quite often. Decided to stop here and give this place my business. Worst decision ever. First i was here 4/15/25 from 12:30pm to 2:45pm, not busy at all. 3 employees 4 customers. Took 2 hours to do a basic pedi please look at this pictures looks like a before picture, filed to low, nails not even and looks like the scrubbing stuff stuck on my nails. This was just the start of it all. I asked 3 times to not touch my legs, i have very sensitive legs well the worker did not listen and went ahead and put scrubby stuff on my legs. I do not like being touched by strangers at all. So not only did my nails look horrible but the worker didnt listen n touched n messaged my legs, i get it some women like it, I DONT. then before leaving lee said she would fix next day, well showed my regular nailtech my toes and she hurried n fixed that day. Not to mention the look my husband got when he put 0 for tip. ..... we are tippers and tip when deserved w good work. Not horrible work. So i got home called and asked for a refund, i donot want to go back to the store, i was treated like crap, then violated. During the call, i was told not to mess with their business and to come in to fix, i explained 3 times i had my regular nailtech fix. Response was i love you and you come in to fix. It was 40 dollars, and i still havent gotten a refund. Thats alot of money for a crappy job done 2 hours later. And the way i was spoke to over the phone, not good. I gave them my business, im the customer that had all this done to, and its not being made right. My name is tanya fogarty hope the owner sees this review and i was there 4/15/25 from 12:30pm to 2:45pm i was charger 41.26 for this. I want a refund, cannot believe i was told they dont do refunds after everything they did to me. Now when i go to walmart i have to feel like i was robbed because i was robbed. If the owner sees this please refund me, this is not fair or right on my end. If this post is taken down i will continue to leave a review untill made right. This place is a scam.

Jeanne Todd I went in to get some nail extentions and my daughters got gel manicures. We were all very happy with our services. The technicians were friendly and welcoming. Lynn gave me the exact look I was wanting. The store is clean and bright. The prices were reasonable for the quality provided. I would definitely recommend. Update: had a refill/polish change and they did excellent work again.

Madeline Gardner My mother is a regular customer here and raves about this place! I came to them to get some help repairing a very shoddy job I received elsewhere about 5 weeks ago. Acrylic is HARD to remove without damaging your nail bed. They filed down the old acrylic just thin enough to then cover it with acetone & cotton and soak. Once it came off flawlessly, they re-applied tips and Elsa ended up finishing my set. She took her time, made sure what I asked for was what I got – almond shape, neutral color. Wonderful work, clean salon, great technicians. Pedicure was fine, too. I had regular polish for that. :)

Suzanne S Very hit or miss- the other customers who got manicures were getting hand and shoulder massages, which are usually included- my manicurist Cherri, just got up and walked away as soon as she was done with my nails. She also skipped the cuticle trim in favor of sanding them off with the dremel, which hurt and left me bleeding. They moved me around the salon after my pedicure, and Cherri was eager to carry my phone but left me to manage my socks and shoes. With gloves and foil on my fingers, I dropped one of my shoes on my foot and smudged my toenails. (Again, other people were given time under the toe nail dryer, I wasn’t.) I wound up having to get the toenails retouched, and Jenny, the pedicure tech, was excellent. I have had good experiences here in the past so I would say just stay away from Cherri. CK has done my nails in the past and is excellent.

Heather Skovira I love Extended Beauty LLC! Heather B. always does an amazing job on my lashes. It is always clean and everyone is very friendly and professional ! I even took my daughter for a lash tint and lift before her homecoming dance ! Heather was patient and explained the whole process as she was doing it to make her feel comfortable. I would ten out of ten recommend them!

Ashley Ricks I have been going to Brit for many years. She has been doing my lashes for close to 7 years. I love how professional and comfortable the space always is. I recommend going here for all your needs. I also get my nails done here. Honestly I love the one stop shop. It’s a great place to destress and pamper yourself. Also the candles Brit sells are amazing everyone I gift them to loves them.

The salon is always clean, beautifully decorated the full on high class salon experience! I have recommended several of my friends and nursing colleagues that now travel far distances for services provided by Extended Beauty! Britany the owner is extremely knowledgeable and has a talent for what she does to say the least. Highly recommend!!!

Donna Baxter I have been getting either acrylic or gel Powder manicures & pedicures for over a decade and specifically at Art Nail Spa for the last year and have been happy with all the technicians I have had. Never have I had such a bad experience as I did today! I had who I assume was the manager that had the cordless phone to answer business calls. Of course they don’t wear name tags so I couldn’t tell you her name. Anyways as she was beginning to do my nails she stopped while using the dremel tool to look at her personal cell phone several times ( not just during expected soaking times which I could understand ). Then she was talking to text. Then she went into a full phone conversation with an ear pod all while trying to do my nails. Absolutely no respect for me as a paying customer. Because she wasn’t paying attention she cut one of my cuticle areas pretty bad. So I pulled my hand back (normal reaction) and said “I wish you would pay attention to what you are doing!”. She then stopped the call and it seemed take out her frustration that I interrupted her call by being very rough and cutting another one of my cuticles with one of the metal bits. That woman should not be in a managerial role mentoring that behavior with the other technicians let alone be able to touch anyone’s nails! Once done, a wonderful technician relieved her and cleaned up my nails as they were full of stuff under the nail and gave a great back massage! She saved my experience from 100% dissatisfaction. All the other employees there have been great but be weary if you get the one I got today!

Tiffany Robinson I went there about two weeks ago or so, and the lady that did my nails burnt my nails with the drill. She was very rude when I tried to tell her to be gentle, she was very rough with the side of my fingers leaving bruising marks on the sides of my nails, she left chunks of nail polish on the bottom of the nails, and when I asked her to do my French tip more towards the top of my nail she gave me an attitude and kept doing what she was doing. She proceeded to then ask for a tip when I was getting checked out, please do not go here. P.S my nails last me a month or so and lasted not even two weeks

Michelle First and last time going to this location!! I usually go to the art nail on Westinghouse road in the Jubilee plaza, but considering I live closer to this location I thought why not. Their business name is the same, however the service you get is not even close in comparison to the one on Westinghouse rd. I will never go back. The man who did my nails seemed clueless the whole time. He stopped while doing my nails to get on his phone. And kept me sitting there.. I explain to him i wanted the two colors I chose every other nail. Instead, he painted the first three nails one color and the other two nails the other color. When I mentioned about the mistake he ignored me and continued on with it. He was only going to do one coat on my one hand until I said something to him. The one thing that went alright was the 3 minute massage. But he did with latex gloves on and kept pulling my hair. I paid $50 dollars for the worst nail experience I ever encountered . The 5 extra minutes to the other salon on Westinghouse road is definitely worth it! Because this location is trash!!

Trisha Kimball I don’t ever give reviews but I legitimately looked forward to getting my nails done all day with my best friend and they were completely rushed and we were the only 2 customers in the store so no excuse. After I paid and tipped I sat down to wait for my friend and examined them and they were absolutely terrible I had to ask her to fix 3 nails and it made it worse plus one broke from hitting it off the table will not be going back

Molly Saunders After looking for a good nail salon for awhile, I finally found Mi Nails! I have never once left dissatisfied. Nancy is my nail artist and always does a beautiful job!

Chelsea Hansen Ive been to six local salons and this is the first one Ive left with exactly what I wanted, no ugly bubbles appearing days later, and shes the first that didnt hurt me! A TREASURE! This is definitely my new spot. Bonus! They got me right in at my appointment time! No waiting an hour!

Polly LeFevre Loni did an an amazing job on my dip powder nails. They look fantastic and are such a great,healthier alternative to acrylics. The price was unbeatable and the service impeccable. 10/10 would recommend. I’ll definitely be back!

Simone Very dissatisfied. My husbands grandmother comes here and this is definitely my top 10 worst manicure. All my nails are streaky and just not done well. The Polish is in even and the edge of all my nails are rough. I will need to reshape all of them and remove the roughness. I have nails that are super uneven and unshaped. I got a gel manicure done. They even used a different brand base then any colors they had. They used an opi(which I love) base with a kiara sky color and top coat. Just super disappointed and was looking forward to getting a decent manicure after the one I got before leaving home to visit my husbands grandparents was horrible and chipped after 2 days. I have never had so many bad manicure exsprences in a row in my life.

Marta Wells I went to two places first because the reviews threw me off. I ended up here after the other places were busy and I must say I am very pleased with my gel manicure. It looks very nice and the guy was very nice and helpful when it came to helping me pick the baby pink color I requested. It was a dry manicure so my nails were never soaked in water which I later read that it prevents the nails from getting too dry which I appreciate. He did a great job removing my cuticles. Ill be returning.

Anbrya Jackson Worst customer service ever I’ve been in here waiting for a polish change they took off my original polish and continue to ignore me while I’m speaking to them . There’s been two girls in here who arrived at the same time and I’m still waiting . Sheer ignorance . I’d never recommend this place there’s a whole nail tech just sitting in her who just got done doing one of the girls feet and I’m still waiting . They sure won’t be getting tipped and u can bet I won’t be returning ! Do YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELES

Sarah Dietrich I got my nails done here on Sunday, and by Tuesday my acrylics are just falling off. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else, gave AI nails a chance and will never go back. I’m not one to leave a negative review, bc i know things happen. But to be charged $40 and $50 for our nails, just for them to fall off in 2 days, and chip and scratch! I do not recommend going here!

Caitlin Jordan AWFUL!!! I strongly believe they robbed me. I took my daughter to get originally one design they told me it would be extremely pricey so she decided to just go with a simple French tip. Told me it would be $55 wasn’t completely satisfied. I gave him a five dollar tip told me it’d be a percentage on my credit card came to 66 something but yeah I got charged $80 was told to take it up with my bank if some of my money does not show up Back on my account I will be going further with the situation. I’m never in my 15 years of getting my nails done dealt with a place like this I suggest to stay away from there

Barb Day Took my daughter for a pedicure for her birthday. We did not have an appointment but Maria was happy to accommodate us. She is so friendly and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend you do your feet a favor and visit Maria!!
