5 /5 Bri: Came here after getting a referral for wisdom teeth removal, and I’m glad I did. The environment here was friendly and professional, and Dr.Loi who did my procedure was very experienced and informative. My recovery had no complications, and the office was easy to get a hold of regarding any questions or concerns. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for good quality care.

4 /5 L Wilson: Dr. Brady and Dr. Loi are both competent and kind dental surgeons. However, their practice loses a star for the lack of support staff. Their supposed "24/7 nurses line" isnt answered in the evenings or on the weekends for dental surgery post-op emergencies. Their billing department doesnt answer their phone during typical business hours, since they only open their business a few days a week, and they do not return voicemails left when the office is closed. No one ever responds to messages sent via their website, and email addresses arent provided as an alternative way to communicate. Overall, the in-person appointments went great but everything after that was such a hassle.

2 /5 Willis Davis: With the nationwide upsurge in implants, I feel I was urged by Dr. Loi to needlessly extract one of my incisors to accommodate a bone graft and subsequent implant. Before I followed through, I had the exact issue with an adjacent incisor. This time, I consulted Skaneateles Dental and Dr. Moran did a difficult crown rather than the extraction/implant or bridge route. It didn’t even need a post for stability. It may last for only a few years, but I’m much happier with the crown as opposed to the partial plate I’m stuck with now. And, I have choices in case I need them. If I can offer even a tidbit of advice, do everything you can to explore alternatives to extracting a salvageable tooth. You retain the option whereas extraction eliminates a sometimes viable choice at a far less cost. Willis Davis
