Jeanne Stanton Was able to schedule my appointment on line and get all my paperwork done in advance. When I got there I was able to get right into see the provider. The NP and the nursing staff were very professional and listened to my concerns. I was treated for my issues very timely, my medications were called into my pharmacy and I was able to get them within an hour. My first time using them and was overall very pleased with the experience.

Elianna Monroe Very nice nurses and drs. It was quick getting in and out. I didnt feel judged for how probably sick I looked too lol. If they cant help, they quickly give the next best options to send you where you might need to go.

Chris Jackson I called multiple places this morning, hoping to get an exam for my three kids. Aspen Dental not only took us on as new patients, they were able to see two of my children today. The front desk, X-rays, dentist and billing were all professional and prompt. Most importantly, they are affordable.

Wendy Briggs I wouldn’t take a stray dog off the street to Aspen Dental and that’s saying a lot because I love all dogs! The dentist is rude and his solution to everything is to pull your teeth! NONE of their physicians participate with your insurance but THEY do so that’s where they get your business! The “office manager” who’s supposed handle complaints according to corporate treats you like a two bit piece of garbage and like you’re stupid. Maybe she runs into some people that are struggling mentally but it’s insulting when she started talking down to me and I called her out on it and she quickly backpedaled and said maybe she wasn’t understanding the issue I had. The issue I had was that they charged me $2,300 dollars for a treatment plan after x-rays and then never kept me on a schedule for that treatment plan. My teeth got worse so I had to have SOME of them pulled but I believe they were overzealous on pulling some of the ones that could have been saved but again they just want to pull teeth and go on about their life! I chipped a front tooth and they want to pull it and I have to go two months until they can put an implant in! Do you know how embarrassing it will be for me to go two months without a front tooth?? I’m embarrassed enough about the chip let alone nothing being there! This is a crappy set up as each doctor you see besides the day of day dentist does not participate with my insurance! I’m still fighting a bill from 2024 from getting teeth pulled and them submitting for four 15 increments of sedation when they know I was only under for 15 minutes!! They over bill but trust me they will NEVER understand bill. The dentists bedside manner was a joke and he got angry at me because his gloves were tickling the top of my mouth so I kept turning away from it. He spent a total of 5 minutes or less on me and that was being in the room and examining me! My suggestion steer very clear from Aspen Dental.

Nicole Gabriel The dentist office is in what looks to be the downstairs of a house. They have parking out back. Upon entering it is the door to the left. My son loves going here to get his teeth cleaned. They have a friendly dog named Scooby. He keeps us entertained in the waiting area . Dr.Bialko is good with kids he jokes around with them.Overall I definitely recommend this place. We have never had to wait more than tenish minutes before we are called in to see the dentist. It also never seems to be overly crowded which is nice.

Seraphina Buckholtz I came in for a consultation for an impacted canine. The whole staff was kind and informative, except for Dr. Gush. I had said that I was going to a few different consultations to compare costs and recommendations, and although Gush’s prices were comparable to the other quotes I was given, he rushed through everything, saying he wanted to keep it “short and sweet,” because it’s not a “cheap” place, more a “high-end boutique.” He did not bother to ask if I had any questions, as he seemed to assume immediately that I would not be interested in quality care just because I was looking at all my options. I might have chosen to be treated here were it not for his poor bedside manner and classist attitude.

Fortunately, my experience at American Mobile Dental was positive, thanks to Yolandas exceptional care. She ensured my comfort, provided valuable information, and handled the x-ray equipment with gentleness. I was referred to American Mobile Dental by the urgent care facility across the street. The facility was clean. The doctor was very nice and informational, even fixing one of my broken teeth that had been abscessed for a while, and gave me a nice teeth cleaning which I had not had in a long time, all without judgment. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable. I am eager to return to the dentist to have the rest of my work done.

Tammy Heitmann I had a scheduled appointment for today at 8 am, I showed up in time. I also called the day prior 4 times and left messages that I was confirming my appointment for 2/26/25 at 8 am. If there was any issues to please let me know. No one called me to cancel my appointment due to another hygienist quitting there. When I stated to the extremely rude receptionist.. that is was there for my appointment.. she said “ well you didn’t answer your phone and we don’t have to leave you a message” I said no i confirmed with your phone app.. that I would be here.. she then stated “ it’s not her problem.. and for Me to deal with it” then stated “ you gonna reschedule cause we booking into 2026?”.. I said no expect to be seen today this morning.. she stated “ not happening “ Extremely upset by the rude and disrespectful receptionist and her disrespect and disregard that I had just drove 45 minutes to get there on time even thru extremely icy roads. I asked for the manager and she said “she was terminated.. you got to deal with me” .. I walked out and have found another dentist. Will NEVER go back there ever again

Alex Nemo Great orthodontist and great assistants! Everyone is very nice and answers any questions I have. Edited a couple years later: I took away a couple stars. I’ve had braces for 4 years and it has felt like things have gone downhill in the last year or two. My teeth have barely moved at all and I don’t feel like I am properly listened to about my concerns. My appointments are always 2-3 months apart even after this far in treatment. They always seem extremely busy. The office people and assistants are still pleasant though so I’m thankful for that!

When I left Columbia Dental that day, I knew it was going to be a life long relationship! It has been a few visits now, and each one has been just as pleseant as the last. Xenia Saez I transferred me and my whole family there and we had a nice first visit. One of my fillings fell out and I went there for help, they referred me to some ghetto dentist in Syracuse. Dr Khan forgot to put my most painful tooth on the referral to be extracted so I had to go back for her to fix it. When I went back she was disgustingly RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and threatened to call the police on me!!!! She was not understanding that is was HER MISTAKE she DID NOT write down that the tooth needed to be extracted. Causing my drive to Syracuse to be pointless and a waste of time and money. She then told me she would ONLY write me a referral for my LEFT side not my RIGHT side ( which was the side she wrote in the first place ) both sides need extraction and instead of fixing her mistake she told me to ‘mind my tone’ and then told her receptionist to call the police on me. In front of my daughter and other patients. I could not believe I was being treated so horribly over THEIRRR mistake! The receptionist understood everything that happened and was ready to fix the mistake they made and ready to write me a new referral until the doctor started being completely rude and disrespectful! I wish I read the other reviews before I went there it seems not many have anything nice to say about that place at ALL in the recent months! My daughter and myself both left crying and in horror! I feel so sorry my child had to see and hear a supposed to be PROFESSIONAL talk to me the way she did and I DEF DO NOT RECOMMEND them to ANYONE!!

Ste McG Columbia Dental is the best dentist Ive been to so far. Theyre very caring and make sure that the patients comfort level is a priority. They are also very informative when explaining a procedure and what the next steps are to be done. And they even made me laugh after I have my teeth done. Ill be sure to return.

Bri Came here after getting a referral for wisdom teeth removal, and I’m glad I did. The environment here was friendly and professional, and Dr.Loi who did my procedure was very experienced and informative. My recovery had no complications, and the office was easy to get a hold of regarding any questions or concerns. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for good quality care.

L Wilson Dr. Brady and Dr. Loi are both competent and kind dental surgeons. However, their practice loses a star for the lack of support staff. Their supposed "24/7 nurses line" isnt answered in the evenings or on the weekends for dental surgery post-op emergencies. Their billing department doesnt answer their phone during typical business hours, since they only open their business a few days a week, and they do not return voicemails left when the office is closed. No one ever responds to messages sent via their website, and email addresses arent provided as an alternative way to communicate. Overall, the in-person appointments went great but everything after that was such a hassle.

Lou David I have severe anxiety when it comes to ANY dental work due to a previous bad experience with a DIFFERENT dentist. Dr. Nangle is the absolute best he goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The staff is also the best ever! Very accommodating to my special requests!

I avoided the dentist for almost 20 years out of fear and bad experiences and now Im looking forward to a third appointment there! They have made my appointments accommodating. Anytime I have had a dental emergency they were able to get me in right away. I love my dental hygienist, she is very thorough, and so very nice. Prices tripled, wait times tripled, and they can’t take hearing that or they will toss you as a client. WORST business I’ve ever done anything with… they make Spectrum look good!

AnnMarie Clarke So the Dr.s Elkovitchs practice sells their practice to this practice. I call this office to get my dental records and impressions sent to my new dentist and am told many of patients records and other items got wet and moldy. As a result, it had to be shredded and destroyed. Youve got to be kidding me. What a negligent way to treat patients records. Mind blowing.

Nick Awful, deceitful, dentist office. I recently got new dental insurance. Before I chose a plan, I called the office asking if they accepted this particular insurance. They said yes over the phone, when I went in for a cleaning and X-Rays, I asked before X-rays if this was all covered. Again, “Yes.” Now I received a bill for $210 because they are “out of network.” Apparently I asked the wrong question. Anyone who works in good faith would know why a customer would ask that question. No one wants to pay out of pocket for X-Rays they don’t need. Apparently, I need to take insurance classes before getting my teeth cleaned. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. Stay away!

But thankfully the process wasnt as painful as I thought and Dr. West did a great job. His assistant was very nice.

The entire experience was THE best I have ever had at a dentist office (no disrespect to my current dentist :) hes great too) Dr. Moses was informative and allowed me to make a decision on whether or not to have the procedure. We discussed the pros/cons of my options and obviously, I forged ahead. He and Brooke were extremely nice and I have to say, I would do it again. LOL.

Nicole Gleckner. I recently visited for my very first root canal. I was terrified after my dentist couldnt get my tooth numb while exploring the cavity that I would feel the entire root canal. The endodontist was awesome. The staff here are kind and wonderful. I didnt feel a thing and Im pleased with my results. I read all the reviews before my appt and I can now 100% say all the positive reviews are truthful!!!

Lind Nestor If I could give this place a zero I would. I should have been alerted when I first asked what my share of the bill would be after insurance. They couldnt tell me. I had to contact the insurance company and wade through all their nonsense in order to find out. I never had such a problem with my dentist in MD. Then while filling a tooth the dentist chipped a corner of the tooth off and then told me not to worry about it. I had an awful experience here.

Randi Hickman All I have to say is WOW! Working with this place is literally like pulling teeth. I brought my son in there because he had a toothache. He was seen, x-rays and all, they said he needed a root canal, but "We dont do that type of root canal here" ... Ok. You will need to go to a "specialist" to get the root canal. Fine. I did, got that out of the way, and they said, now you will have to go back to your regular dentist for the POST and CROWN. Call them up, "We didnt tell you to go to THAT dentist to have it done! Youd better go somewhere else to get the POST and CROWN done!" Really?! Thanks a lot Auburn Dental Associates I guess Ill have to throw away even more money, as the quest to save the tooth continues.

Tom Reynolds My wife had a real bad tooth ache and nobody seemed to know which tooth was causing the problem. DDS Oleska in Union Springs had idea which one it was told my wife which one he thought and said one of two things redo the root canal for $ 1800.00 or pull for $ 450.00. We took last option but we were going to have to wait until Monday. Well my wife couldnt wait that long and a call was made to DDS Simmonds Brady office and they said bring her @ 1:10 on Thursday. The dentist took one look and said that tooth was coming today. Im very grateful and thankful for DDS Karen Simmonds Brady..

I broke a tooth the other day and he got me in immediately and fixed it so perfectly that you cant even tell it happened. Overall, not a single bad thing to say about this place; theyre awesome.
