5 /5 Kim Frost: I really can’t recommend Skye’s Hampton Hair enough. I’ve been there 4 times now and only once was there a small hiccup. Before I could even speak to someone about it, Dakota, the owner, reached out to me and we worked it out. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy. That’s way above good customer service. They care about their customers and it shows. The staff go out of their way to bring you anything you might like. To make sure you’re comfortable. They’re just so polite and personable. Dakota was always bettering and supporting her staff by teaching them the best way to do things. It made me feel like I was in the right place.
The shop is very clean and cozy. Everyone is talking and laughing at the same time and really enjoying themselves. I shamelessly eavesdropped on every piece of advice about hair care that I could hear.
As for my hair….I couldn’t love it more. My stylist was Isabelle and I think she’s amazing. I’m beyond happy and even I think I look great. Make an appointment. Go treat yourself and have a great time while you’re at it. You’ll be so happy you did.
