5 /5 Cameron DeLac: This company is by far the best auto shop I have ever dealt with! As someone who genuinely believes in working on your own vehicle(s) to the best of your ability, this company makes it not even worth it. They are ALWAYS so accommodating, honest, fair and exceptional at what they do. I used to (occasionally still do) do the work on my family’s vehicles and now my entire family goes to South Niagara Auto. The auto mechanic industry gets a bad rap and sometimes rightfully so, but Bob, his wife and their team are so far beyond the standard. You shouldn’t even consider anyone else in this area. Keep up the awesome work!

1 /5 Gene Rey: Wouldnt go there for free air. Learned the hard way. Just about 14 years ago took the car in for inspection and the little gremlin "mechanic" said it failed, showing me a hole on the rubber boot over the rack & pinion (which HE repaired about a month earlier) saying it caused power steering fluid leaking and wouldnt pass. 1) that has nothing to do with power steering fluid, 2) "coincidentally" the power steering did suddenly did come up with a loose connection slowly leaking, 3) I may be dumb but Im not stupid. "Strangely enough, the intake manifold suddenly developed a coolant leak too". At the time, YOU ran through the waiting room asking if I was losing fluid & went into the office laughing. I took the car elsewhere and it passed inspection with the owner saying I should report you to the state, which I did. Nice try

5 /5 Drew Schaub: Bob took care of my truck ASAP after the starter died and I couldnt get it going. Called at 8 am and he had it towed and back running later that day. Much appreciated speed and worry free service.

5 /5 metoria: Everyone at S. Niagara Repair is very professional and friendly. They really know their stuff and have very affordable prices. Because they are privately owned its far more personable than commercial repair shops where youre just another number. They have fixed a myriad of problems that my car has had over the years and Ive never had an issue. I definitely recommend them.

5 /5 Susan Robisch: We’ve been coming here for at least 15 years. Great work and customer service keep us coming back. I trust them to give us an honest assessment of the issue at hand and to give us a fair price. On the more expensive repairs, they try to give you options (if there are any) to make it affordable. My husband also bought one of the used cars they have, great investment. He loves it!!
