1 /5 Tammie Goodwin: The emergency area is way too hot. The triage area has dirty alcohol swabs laying around chairs are dirty. They’re not wiping things down just disgusting and I’m very disappointed because I used to love this hospital, but I will never return.

3 /5 Jasenia Flores: Ever since Urban left Penninsula Medical Center it’s not the same. Some of the receptionist are rude and although your doctor says you can walk in, they turn you away without you seeing a nurse to determine if you can see someone. I want to go back to Penninsula or Urban on Southern Blvd.

1 /5 Tanneishafoxrivera: St Lawerence is the worst place ever they never answer the pho es they make you appointment and your there for hours very unprofessional the lady at the front desk with the short blond hair is so damn rude they call you and have you in the back for hours they all take lunch at the same damn time oh and not tp mention they dont answer the phones and if they do your on hold with that lame music in your ears and they dont deserve any stars at all WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD

1 /5 Nasrin Akter: Rude customer service they dont respect patients even they dont interest to answering any questions until you have appointments. Front desk ledy with she has short hair she is very very rude. You cant even ask any questions about anything. Its look like they control you. My concern is all health department or clinic have to be nice and respectful for all clients. Why ?? Their work in front desk if they are so rude with Customer???????
