All staff is very professional and skillful and they explain everything. I even bring my 16 year old daughter now and she is very happy with Dr. Mo. I will definitely recommend this dentist office to everyone. Highly recommend.

They took her as emergency visit after I call because she had tremendous toothache, my mom is disabled, during the visit, Dr. Moe was very patient and kind explaining the situation to us, also very professional took care the problem, the hygienist was also amazing and very skillful. The receptionist Elsa was very pleasant and helpful! We are very happy with the care they provided, we would like to highly recommend this office to anyone!

1 /5 Matthew Shoykhet: Dr. Moe is the worst dentist on Staten Island. He gave me three fillings which I’m not even sure I needed and now my teeth hurt more than before. If he can’t do something as simple as putting fillings, I can’t imagine how terribly he would do a more complex operation. Please do not come here!!

Alexandria Pacifici: I can always depend on this Ideal Smiles Dental to provide the best care. Everyone knows it’s not easy going to the dentist but this place truly makes you feel comfortable. Reception is consistently greeting you with a smile, always kind and helpful in regards to making an appointment and will even call you if there is an available appointment sooner which I always appreciate. The hygienist and assistants are wonderful and of course both of the dentists here are professional, kind, gentle and will even follow up the next day with you to see how you’re feeling when you get a procedure done. You can see either dentist here because they both provide excellent care. How many other offices can you say actually makes sure their patients care is priority. I have switched my family over to this dentist (including two kids) because they really are that great.

Angie: I came to this office after 2 failed attempts for a root canal at 2 other offices on the island. Dr Rhee was the man who was able to start and complete the root canal on my daughter who suffers from severe Anxiety disorder. It does help that Dr Rhee knows how to administer the correct medicine and how to take his patients. Other doctors did not know how to add and were mean to her disorder and not compassionate. Not at this office. The ENTIRE staff from the front desk to his assistant were so kind and gentle. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for them and how they took care of my daughter. Hands down the best on the island. Thank you Dr Rhee, To the assistant and staff for going above and beyond.

I love the TVs in the chairs, it such an awesome distraction ! I had imaging, a cleaning and then my exam with Dr Cisternas. My entire visit was very thorough and timely. I was in and out with all my questions answered and felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this office and staff for any and all dental needs ! Finding a Dentist that you feel comfortable with is very hard to find. A really nice touch at the end of the visit is you’re given a warm face towel to get any extra little splatters from your cleaning off.

The lady did something to my top left tooth which like exposed the nerve or something and I have been getting lots of pain from it. I wouldnt trust anyone here and that is how I feel. Because i went there for something simple and came out worse! My tooth is always in pain and just that 1 specific tooth hurts when brushing my teeth or just hurts in general even if Im not doing anything. She did some type of drilling or cutting on this tooth. There was nothing wrong. Also in my opinion they overcharge. How can I return here? I feel like you all do malpractice.
