I highly recommend this office and staff for any and all dental needs ! Finding a Dentist that you feel comfortable with is very hard to find.
A really nice touch at the end of the visit is you’re given a warm face towel to get any extra little splatters from your cleaning off.

Everyone I had to deal with has been super professional & nice. They took care of my issues, & my cleanings have been quick & thorough. Yes, bring a book-the wait can be long sometimes, but theyll take care of you.
Angel Family Dentistry - Staten Island Andres R.: I went to get a clean up and they endednup telling me i have a bunch of cavities. The lady did something to my top left tooth which like exposed the nerve or something and I have been getting lots of pain from it. I wouldnt trust anyone here and that is how I feel. Because i went there for something simple and came out worse! My tooth is always in pain and just that 1 specific tooth hurts when brushing my teeth or just hurts in general even if Im not doing anything. She did some type of drilling or cutting on this tooth. There was nothing wrong. Also in my opinion they overcharge. How can I return here? I feel like you all do malpractice.

Staten Island Dental Care - Dr. Frederick Hecht, MAGD - Staten Island Alex Kosicki: I first saw Dr. Hecht almost 26 years ago when I was in desperate need for full dental care. He saw me abd explained everything to me and even went above and beyond, to ensure I felt safe and worry free. 26 years later, I now have implants from another place but Dr. Hecht is one dentist Ill always remember. If I get some money in place Id see him again but I am also no longer in Staten Island, either. If I was there, hed be my dentist 100%. He is one of the best in the country! He is great. Youll be perfectly fine in under his care.

Christine and Gino are awesome. Josephine or, as I call her, Josie, my Dental Hygienist, and my dentist, Dr.Mark Severino, are truly amazing. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and professional. They treat me like family and go beyond the max to ensure Im okay on all levels. Clean environment and pleasant atmosphere helps create a positive 5 STAR experience.
HDR Dental Offices - Staten Island King Charlie: Absolutely the worst dental office I’ve ever been to! The lack of professionalism is astounding! Even with appointments made, you can expect waiting times to exceed 40 minutes! And it may very well be a completely different dentist than you are told you will see. You got staff gossiping about other staff right in your face even swearing ..To top it all of the handsome “female “ dentist barely speaks clear English, lacks patience and empathy for not only clients but staff as well! Very rough “lady” and I wouldn’t recommend anyone get a procedure yet alone a cleaning at this office!
