Jessie T: Horrible doctor. Went there for my procedure and because the doctor didnt have access to the medication at the time of the appt, the doctor and staff said I needed to reschedule my appt and wouldnt allow me to wait until they were able to get access to the medication. Instead his nurse and doctor, made it seem like I was an inconvenience and there was no way they could fit me into his packed scheduled. Meanwhile, I had confirmed this appt a week prior. Now, I am waiting a month later for this procedure and it is time sensitive when I am supposed to be administered this medication.

Ana V: I find it terribly infuriating to have medical facilities impose name changes on patients after mergers or buy outs. I’ve been with CareMount since it was MtKiscoMedialGroup (MKMG) then CareMount. Now it’s optum! These business transactions are a reminder of the business model that should not exist within healthcare. What a disgrace. Keep patients out if your business decisions & quit changing office names! Optum is awful! Not just the name- since taking over, the quality has been awful-longer waits on the phone, poor customer service. Hopefully universal healthcare arrives in the US and merged and acquired practices are dissolved.
