Studio 162 Full Services Salon - Massena (NY)

1 /5 Stormi Gardner: I went to Studio 162 for the first time and left with the worst nails I’ve ever even witnessed. Luckily for me they didn’t even last a whole day. The nails were lumpy, mismatched colors, and came off within less than 24 hours. I reached out to the artist, Riley, about my concern (messaged nicely and even left a tip because she still devoted time to me) just to be met with a rude response. I even sent her these images and was then blocked. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until after the fact that some friends of mine have gone through this same experience.

4 /5 Megan Thayer: For my wedding, all of the ladies (including me) had hair done at the salon. If you want them to come to your venue, they charge per person so we opted to have our hair done at the studio. It actually turned out great. We were allowed to bring food, and champagne and they even had a table set out and offered to pour drinks for us! There were four hair stylists working with my large group and they seemed to move through them relatively quickly. And I didnt hear any complaints from the girls. I had a trial done on my hair a few months prior and on my wedding day she referenced the photo and did my hair accordingly. I was pretty happy with how it turned out. My only small complaint is as the night went on my hair piece became very loose to the point where I just took it out. I have pretty fine hair...so it easily could have been that with the heavy hair piece. Either way, I was pleased with our service at the salon.

1 /5 Sarah Stone: Last time I got my hair done in July they did a great job however today I Had an appointment at 9am. The doors were still locked at 9:03am went back in at 9:10am and waited until 9:30 for someone to come to the front desk. Then was told by the hairdresser she didn’t have time to do my hair. Got a sorry. And left.

1 /5 K Forte: I will never go to this place nor recommend them to ANYONE! I called to inquire about specific colors I wanted to highlight my hair and not only did the receptionist laugh directly into the phone, she put the phone down and I heard the rest of the staff cracking up. I guess the fact that I just moved to the area and have an accent is hysterical to them. Unfortunately for them the process I was looking to have done wouldve cost upwards of $300 based on their price list since it was a combination of platinum service with other custom colors. If they have the audacity to laugh openly knowing I can hear them, I can on imagine what they say or do to their regular customers behind their back. Terrible customer service skills!

5 /5 Elisabeth Perez: Always wonderful service! Everyone there is professional, polite, accommodating, cheerful, I could go on... I went for a hair trim and some advice. Kylie did a great job, she also took her time and explained things to me. Studio 162 is a great way to support local business and look great!
