Kelsey Obrien: Im am extremely disappointed in my experience with My hair here. I came in with light hair. Asked for one thing and came out with something that looks completely awful! I am very disappointed and now will have to pay someone else to fix it. Pictured is my hair before. The color I wanted. And then the color I ended up with after she colored it. My hair was plenty light enough to do what u wanted done. And it shouldnt have turned out the way it did.
