Odette: Vernesa always did a fantastic job. She took care my hair in 4 years. She is very nice, friendly. She did exactly what I wanted. My English isn’t good but she always try to understand what I want. I wish I can give her 10 stars
Adonis Navas: This Dominican hair salon is a terrible business. The worst Service and worst workers I have ever seen in my life. Do not go to there wasting your money
Cheri Myers: Alison was wonderful, she has a great personality and did exactly what I expected to have done to my hair! She chopped about 8 inches off my hair and straightened it! Its so much easier to take care of and I absolutely love it!
Sara Garlock: I have been going to Sarah for years now. She did my hair for my wedding and my entire bridal party and it was flawless. She made the whole getting ready process very stress-free!! She also is my hair stylist and she has educated me on ways to style my thick curly hair. I always hated my hair till I learned how to correctly do my hair and my hair has never looked so good! Definitely would highly recommend Salon One!!!
Rick M: The people that work there are so unfriendly that I cant tell if they even speak English. The last time that I was there some hair was burning and the place filled up with smoke. The staff ( if you can call them that.) didnt even have any exhaust fans. I got a headache from the smell. Im not prone to headaches.
Lanique Nelson: The initial visit to schedule my appointment was not unpleasant. However, on the day of the appointment, I attempted to contact Aneta in advance by phone to inform her that I would be running slightly behind schedule, approximately 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately, my call went unanswered. I arrived at the shop at approximately 8:40 AM, but upon entering, I found that there was no one present. I knocked on an interior door and made approximately seven phone calls, one of which resulted in being directed to voicemail. Despite my efforts, I did not receive any response. I also, texted & no response. This kind of customer service is highly unprofessional, ignorant, & inconsiderate being as I cancelled all of my clients at work today to come to an appointment to be ignored. I could have went somewhere else and now I have to go on my vacation tomorrow without my nails and feet done due to an incompetent worker. Idk if its vecause im black, but If you dont want to service black customers thats all you have to say instead of booking appointments and cancelling we will gladly take our money elsewhere.
I would have so much more to say but youre lucky I have Jesus in me, so have a blessed day & please stop wasting people time if you really dont want to service them because of your own biases!
