1 /5 Lanique Nelson: The initial visit to schedule my appointment was not unpleasant. However, on the day of the appointment, I attempted to contact Aneta in advance by phone to inform her that I would be running slightly behind schedule, approximately 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately, my call went unanswered. I arrived at the shop at approximately 8:40 AM, but upon entering, I found that there was no one present. I knocked on an interior door and made approximately seven phone calls, one of which resulted in being directed to voicemail. Despite my efforts, I did not receive any response. I also, texted & no response. This kind of customer service is highly unprofessional, ignorant, & inconsiderate being as I cancelled all of my clients at work today to come to an appointment to be ignored. I could have went somewhere else and now I have to go on my vacation tomorrow without my nails and feet done due to an incompetent worker. Idk if its vecause im black, but If you dont want to service black customers thats all you have to say instead of booking appointments and cancelling we will gladly take our money elsewhere.
I would have so much more to say but youre lucky I have Jesus in me, so have a blessed day & please stop wasting people time if you really dont want to service them because of your own biases!
