Char John: Johanny and her husband goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your hair results. The salon is super clean and they will serve you water, tea or coffee. Johanny can do any hair styles. I am always coming up with styles for her to do with my hair and she has never disappoint. Her hands truly cannot be replicated. She is super patient and kind. We love you Johanny!
Zena Bowen: I have been natural for 4 years and I came today to get my hair washed, deep conditioned, and straightened. The service was EXCELLENT!! The staff was very friendly. I will definitely return here to have my hair done. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
Mieriem Abdullaieva: Once I stopped by, the receptionist was absent, waited for awhile, nobody from the staff didn’t try to help me though. In several days I called and no answer. Unfortunately, no luck to get an appointment in person and over the phone.
Melissa: Passed by and decided to give them a try. First come first served type salon, wait wasnt too bad. Great shampoo and condition, friendly staff and Mari gave a great cut. Usually salons go choppy on my thick hair, but the layers are even. Very pleased, will be back. Bring a photo if in doubt, bit of a language barirrer, but they were very accommodating!
victoria lo: I went to Rose Beauty because my normal threading salon wasn’t open and I needed to get my brows cleaned up before going on vacation. When I arrived there was no one inside which was a little concerning, but the woman at the counter was pleasant and helped me promptly. Normally I get my brows threaded but because I was in a bit of a hurry I opted for a wax. Now, it has been awhile since I’ve waxed any part of my face but I have to admit I was shocked at how irritated and red my skin was for the rest of the day. I still tipped the woman because I like the shape of my brows but I was very concerned at the lack of aftercare offered: at every other salon I’m always offered some cooling aloe to help with any skin irritation but here I was basically just shaped and out the door. It’s a no-frills experience but honestly I’ve paid less at other modest salons and gotten more service.
Still, I think the move is to get threading done here and not waxing. I don’t think there is anything wrong with the service but in general if you have sensitive skin be cautious about the waxing. I’ve had my brows waxed and threaded for years and NEVER had a reaction like I did from this salon. Oh well! I’ll stick to threading if I ever return. Polite and fast service.
Sarvinoz Shokirjonova: Just got my haircut here, and I’m super happy with it. The stylist Feruza listened to what I wanted and nailed it. My hair looks amazing, and I’m definitely coming back next time. Highly recommend!
