5 /5 Adam Hovak: I’ve been here a few times for muffler work on a few different vehicles. The guys are nice, straightforward and always give you a price up front and explain what you need. This is the only place I go for muffler work in the Utica area. Trustworthiness is hard to find. Get there early and you won’t have to wait much to get seen, and then wander down to Willie’s for breakfast while you wait.

5 /5 Carl Rosenfield: The exhaust pipe and muffler on my 25 year-old Toyota Celica were completely disconnected due to rust. I called TP on a recommendation from Midas to ask for an estimate, and was told that they will only provide an estimate after looking at the vehicle. Reluctantly, I brought my car in for them to look at. I knew that I was in position to be taken advantage of, so I braced myself for the worst. Amazingly, they just removed the bad parts of the pipes and welded a new pipe in place, connecting the exhaust pipe directly to my existing muffler. I wont say what they charged me, because it was so little that if I had heard the cost as an estimate, I wouldnt have believed it was true. And they changed the cars oil for me, as well. The cars exhaust is now even quieter than when I first had the entire exhaust system replaced, which is something I cannot explain. This will be my go-to shop for exhaust work from now on. A++
