1 /5 Iyana Jorge: The place is a ran down shack, and very outdated. Plus had me waiting 2 hours for a cleaning that I never received. When I inquired about wait time with the front desk rep who is very pleasant, I was told there are several people in front of me, I asked why, because I’m here for cleaning , she stated the doctor schedules many patients at the same time for different services, however, there is only 1 doctor there , in which that one doctor does all services. They have 3 rooms, and they’ll call 3 people at a time and sit them in the rooms. If you’re not waiting in the lobby, you’re waiting in one of the rooms. Plus they also have people running a notary public business inside the same office, like a gas station Dunkin’ Donuts and bask in robins. Just very ghetto. Finally they call me and I just decided to go. Ain’t no way I’m not letting nobody that unprofessional and incompetent play in my mouth. The whole business strategy and how they’re running that office is so low class and ghetto. Nope. Too many good dental practices with beautiful offices and updated equipment and doctors with recent and good educational backgrounds here in the city to put up with this. And I will be contacting my insurance grievance department to file a complaint on any claims that may or may not have been made or billed to my insurance on behalf of this office.
