The Detail Shop SRM - Watertown (NY)

1 /5 Mac White: This place is not even close to worth the money! I got a “complete detail” then came home and cleaned my car. I left with water spots on the paint, streaks on the glass, grime on the interior and along the rocker panels, and debris in the carpet. The car still had bugs splattered on the front end! To the customer service- I went to pick-up the vehicle around 4PM and was told I couldn’t pay with a credit card so I’d have to wait until tomorrow; not a huge deal, I waited till the next day and returned. When I brought up my dissatisfaction with the work I was told the boss wasn’t able to talk I’d need to leave the car again for an undetermined amount of time before checking back. This was unacceptable to me, so after I voiced my concerns about the situation, the associate left the room and came back to offer me 100$ off my total price.

5 /5 Rachel Hornick: I wish I had before pictures of the inside. Not only is it HUGE, but it was filled with 3+ YEARS of Alaskan Malamute dog hair (pictured). The crew at the Detail Shop did an amazing job. I will 100% be a returning customer. Very friendly staff, called me after my missed calls etc.

3 /5 marlee gill: i didnt have the best experience with the detail shop but i will say that the staff is very friendly. i called to get the interior of my car done and no one had answered during business hours so i left a voicemail with my number so they could get back to me... maybe 2 days later i hadnt heard anything so i called again during business hours and no answer so i just hung up. I then get a phone call back and was able to get my car in the next day at noon to just have the interior done. I take my car at noon and i asked how long it would be and i was told 2-3 hours, so 4 and a half hours pass and i get a call that my car is ready after calling them at 4pm to ask if it was done yet but no one had answered. When i got my car back it was clean i will say but it had water spots all over the seats and doors, the inside of my windshield was still dirty along with a spot on my back seat that was there when i dropped it off, the center console where the shifter is, is still dirty as well... just disappointing that im going to spend $170 for just the interior to be done and it looks like i did it myself... i just dont understand how it took almost 5 hours for what i received. full potential was not served

5 /5 Andrew Rowley: I’m a mobile detail guy so I like when other people help out in the community. I don’t know much about the business but we should probably talk about some consulting work. I’m based out of south Florida born and raised in Watertown… I did mobile detailing here but it’s to cold so I went south where my business is doing pretty well and expanding fast. 1 /5 Ike Woolcott: I feel like I have been robbed. I dont mind paying $230+ for a detail but this is what I got. Let the picture tell the story. Very disappointed. Bring your vehicle somewhere else.
