Debbie Kaiser Terry, and Jamie out did them selfs again.. Brought my Jeep in for repair, Expecting it to be costly they were able to get it running at a very low cost. I have to say I will be using their service from now on.. Going to have them rust check my car next. A HUGE thank you guys.

Brian D Recommend 100%. Tires rebalanced here after my steering wheel was shaking. Jonathan hooked it up and in 40 min was good to go, no more shake. The price was right and the guys were fun to talk to. We will be back if ever in Watertown again!!

Chuck Cean Ron is honest and experienced in Auto repair. He provided a honest brake inspection for my Dodge Challenger. No repair needed. No charge. Dodge would charge 160.00 to assess and possibly tell me I need new brakes.

OsoBlanco Went to Monroe’s to get my back tires changed then the technician got in my car drove it up a lift was not successful at doing so, then proceeded to reverse and ripped off my front bumper THEN tried it AGAIN was then unsuccessful the SECOND time and did more damage to my bumper and wait when you think that he would stop nope he tried it again and finally did it but the worse thing is once he got it on they really tried to take pictures to make it seem like I had the damage prior getting there when I have pictures of my car not having it ripped off. Dishonest lying people, their manager Gregory Pyland saw all this go down as I was watching them and didn’t say anything. Then never once apologized and went on about their days like nothing happened. I’ll show pictures before and after.

Debbie Becker Monroe Muffler was a great place to purchase my new tires. They were knowledgeable, friendly and got me into my appointment in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their products and services.

Keishila Lopez The team went over and beyond to be helpful, hospitable, and professional. On my visit my car battery died, not once but three times, the team in Watertown, NY brought out a portable jumper and charged my battery back on without an attitude and without making me feel guilty for needing the help. They were actually happy to help. Separately, my car also overheated. It overheated so intensely that the car began to smoke and the radiator fluid BOILED out of the car. The team walked me through turning the vehicle off and safely getting me out of line, to prevent injury to a team member, other customers, or myself. They offered to replace my battery once the car was safe to handle, I graciously accepted. They even recommended a trusted shop nearby to help me with my other issues. I could not recommend this team enough. They were incredible.

Diana Treumer The Manager/Supervisor working last Sunday, June 22, 2025 (sorry-- I didnt note his name---but I do remember that he will be in the Reserves until 2026). He is always great. Hes knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. He reminds me when mileage-related services are needed, checks everything and I never feel rushed or pressured. Keep employees like this man!!!! Jonathan Garrow A large tree landed on my F-350 Diesel Platinum and broke the sunroof glass and blew out the rear window. Damn disappointed from the storm! AR Glass fixed it up in just a few hours and it’s better than new! Super satisfied with their abilities!!!! Highly recommend this shop!!!

kim mozejko Who has time to get their windshield replaced? While not as unpleasant as a root canal, it’s time out of your day. I was referred to A and R by a friend of mine and I have to say they far exceeded my expectations. Al and Stephanie were fantastic. They carefully removed and replaced my broken windshield in an hour. Both were very friendly and professional and went the extra mile to ensure a perfect fit. I highly endorse A and R for their excellent work, honesty and personal touch.

Jill Babcock What a great experience! I brought my Jeep in for an oil change. I had an appointment and arrived early so expected to wait a bit, however they immediately started on my vehicle and did a complete check over on some things I had asked about. Peter the Manager was amazing and explained all of the options and was never pushy. The service was quick and all of the team members that I interacted with were wonderful! I will be back again for sure!

Uriah Foster Should be no stars. Went to get my Bmw tires changed from winter tires to summer tires and they scratched all the rims and put deep cuts into in the top of the rim. So I reported it to corporate and they said there workers did not do it so now I have bad rims and no money from Goodyear to fix them. I do not recommend this Goodyear and Peter the manager does not do his job.

Jasmine I can’t thank this car shop enough!! They went above and beyond to help me get my car ready for inspection. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating every step of the way. They carried out thorough checks and made sure nothing was overlooked. What really stood out to me was how they always made time for me, even when I showed up worried and without an appointment in the middle of the day. I never felt like a bother, and they always explained everything clearly and professionally. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and kind service!

Matthew Auger New rotors and brakes were installed on our Ford Edge. My wife drove it, but called and they said to come back in because she noticed noises that didn’t seem right. After an insightful visit with the owner, he said it might take a few weeks to wear in. The noise and feel didn’t get better. Took it back in and the owner, Jason, stayed late to figure out what was happening. He noticed a rotor didn’t look right so he replaced it and the brake pads were replaced with higher grade without charging in hopes we would be happier. Well, he fixed it and now we can feel safe on our trip to Texas! Thank you Jason!

Herminio Hernandez-Buso Mr. Tire is an absolutely amazing business. They are 100% Veteran friendly and supportive. Sam and Danielle are amazing. I went in one day hoping to get a last minute, same day vehicle inspection, and they gladly made the time for me. Danielle even made time to complete a tire rotation for me and let me know that I had a nail in my tire that was in a difficult spot. They did not try to force or pressure a sale on me. Sam has amazing customer service skills. I overheard him on a phone call, informing a customer that a certain job could not be completed at their facility of which he apologized, but he also waived the fee and didnt charge the person at all. The whole team at Mr. Tire is top notch, respectful, fully knowledgeable in their craft, and take pride in what they do. 10/10 I would recommend Mr. Tire to anyone in the Watertown, NY area for any work of any kind on their vehicles.

K Staff seemed friendly enough. Had an appointment for 3pm. Still waited about 45 minutes before my vehicle was seen. Everywhere is short staffed so longer wait times are understandable. What I don’t understand is how you scratch a rim swapping wheels. It looks like it was dragged across the floor or had something moved on top of it. Stuff happens but honesty about it goes a long way. I’ll follow up and hopefully can adjust the review if it’s squared away. Until then, I recommend you avoid this business. Updated: Manager came out with an attitude but calmed down when he realized I was being respectful. He denied it could have been them and recommends that “It’s probably a good idea you take pictures of your property before coming in” I’m SOL and don’t appreciate how they speak to customers. Find another business that respects people and their property.

Cathy Partridge Chris was great. He didnt come out to our RV, because he confirmed that we did all of appropriate things ourselves first. That sort of honesty and integrity is greatly appreciated

Marko Nedeljkovic Showed up quicky at the Circle K in Watertown,NY. Took a quick look at the truck, realized that he doesnt have enough software and reffered us to who does in town. Very honest company and its rare nowdays.

Janiffer Lee I am absolutely obsessed with how the rims turned out! Originally with silver rims (before picture) and I wanted black. The service was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy with the consistent updates on the timeline and work progress. I highly recommend Davidsons Collision Center for your car body work.

Crazy Peter Professional employees. They answer all questions. Vehicle looks great. I gave 4 stars just because no clean detail just a simple wash but besides that great body work.

owen lautner We brought our car in for an insurance claim, all the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! We worked with the owner, Shawn and he was amazing help explaining how insurance claims work and how to work with the insurance company, he went out of his way to give us updates throughout the whole process! They are not like most shops around here, they are honest and don’t just want to take your money!

KRISTEN CUMMINS This team of men are truly like the band of Brothers. I drive a 2014 Subaru Forrester that I bought off a side lot a year ago, it has caused me nothing but problems. I’ve done most of my own work and I’ve tried to take it to additional mechanics and tell them what I knew was wrong, but nobody would listen to what I had to say or take me seriously. This team not only listened, but also addressed my concerns without any pressure of fixing things that did not need to be fixed. They have been truthful. They have been honest, but most of all they were willing and able to address any concerns that I had. My car runs like brand new. I am super amazed! Their pricing is fair, and they even helped me get to and from work. My car was in the shop and out the same day! thank you guys! I can never express the amount of gratitude I have, and I look forward to continuing to do business, no matter where I am. I WILL bring my car back there.

Jessica Black Being that the company I am employed at is a locally owned small business, I wanted to take my crashed vehicle to another locally owned business. The people at Delines were awesome to work with. Very good communication and the results of the mechanical and body work were perfect! The vehicle they did repairs on for me is a fleet vehicle and has a wrap with our company logo/information. Delines set up an appointment for that to be fixed with another local business, who also did an awesome job! Delines handled all of the insurance for me as well. I cant say enough good things about Delines, thank you all again for everything!

Todd Perry I had a very difficult time finding someone to do some rust work on my truck. After striking out with several businesses, I stumbled onto Delines Auto Works. They were easy to work with and did a great job at a great price. I paid about half of what I was quoted at a different body shop and the customer service was fantastic. I will be back whenever I need any body work for my vehicles. I highly recommend Delines Auto works!

order amazon I had a car which would not pass inspection due to a problem that would have been too expensive to fix. I called late yesterday morning, Jim came over early in the afternoon, looked over the car and made me a fair offer. He paid me right then and said he would be back today to pick up the car. They arrived this morning, took the plates off, jump-started the car and drove away. I could not be happier.

Mac White This place is not even close to worth the money! I got a “complete detail” then came home and cleaned my car. I left with water spots on the paint, streaks on the glass, grime on the interior and along the rocker panels, and debris in the carpet. The car still had bugs splattered on the front end! To the customer service- I went to pick-up the vehicle around 4PM and was told I couldn’t pay with a credit card so I’d have to wait until tomorrow; not a huge deal, I waited till the next day and returned. When I brought up my dissatisfaction with the work I was told the boss wasn’t able to talk I’d need to leave the car again for an undetermined amount of time before checking back. This was unacceptable to me, so after I voiced my concerns about the situation, the associate left the room and came back to offer me 100$ off my total price.

Rachel Hornick I wish I had before pictures of the inside. Not only is it HUGE, but it was filled with 3+ YEARS of Alaskan Malamute dog hair (pictured). The crew at the Detail Shop did an amazing job. I will 100% be a returning customer. Very friendly staff, called me after my missed calls etc.

Jeremy Rodriguez-Martinez I saw this shop had 5 star rating all the way around and man I see why. What the people are saying on these reviews is true! I called them on a Friday to get an estimate for front brakes, rotors and an oil change. I dropped off my vehicle Sunday night and by Monday afternoon was ready to go! They noticed the front crankshaft seal was bad and it needed replacement. Scott called me to let me know to see if that was something I wanted to take care of as well. Which I really appreciate it so much. Most shops see if theres some else wrong with your vehicle and they fix it without telling you first. They are honest, efficient, work in a timely manner and the pricing is affordable. Definitely will send everyone I know that needs work on their vehicle their way! I am absolute impressed with their work! I could give them a 10 star rating! This is the only auto shop I will be coming to from now on

Tasha Blend At first I was super happy to have met them, they were quick to get my car in, listen to what happened… they got him fixed relatively quick, so once again I was ecstatic. Until I realized that they didn’t check my battery even though my serpentine belt was completely busted and they had to replace my alternator upon further examination of my car they broke the lever that you use for the hood release, were jerks about the entire thing, and then they broke the plastic brackets that held the ring around my front headlight and my hood won’t latch properly. We called and called they denied having done anything even though they were suppose to order a new release since they broke it, they said my car was wrecked. The inside sure it looks like I live in my car however the cosmetic work on the outside was perfect, and my hood shut.

Jackie Pomerville Hands down the best shop around. Honest and reliable. real people!! That actually care. Wayne the owner.. Replaced the motor in my car took it in for me within 2 days of talking to him and had it back to me in 3 days. Most shops dont even replace motors!! This man knows what hes doing! 1## in the area for sure!

Ryan Lopez Awesome people who are very friendly and business seems very transparent and honest. Repaired and painted front quarter panel and doors on my car and the paint looks perfect. Literally looks like new on a color that Davidsons couldnt seem to match on some warranty work. Very happy with the work and will try to use D and D in the future.

Donald Smith Did a partial paint job on my vehicle in which he had to match the old paint with new. Outstanding job. Car looks fantastic and the paint matches perfectly. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
