5 /5 Holly Steady: I would like to say as a nurse who has worked in multiple disciplines it is refreshing to see and be part of a group of nurses and other healthcare workers who care and not just about the bottom dollar but the residents, there loved ones and their staff. This is one of the best environments I have been in. I can tell you to any loved one or resident we hear your concerns and are diligently working one making our term the best so that we can provide excellent care! The Pines absolutely wants the best for our residents!

4 /5 Jackie Wolcott Elder: No one wants to have a loved one go into one of these places, but sometimes there is no choice. Is this place perfect? No. Have I had any complaints? A few. Have my complaints been addressed when I raised them? EVERY SINGLE TIME. I think it takes a special kind of person to be able to do the work that is done here and I give them a lot of credit. I could not do what they do. Special shout out to Dorothy who is an incredible advocate for her patients. When she sees something they need, she doesnt stop until she gets it.

5 /5 Joyce Azukas: We participated in a Christmas gift program for some of the residents at the Pines. Everything was just done with care love and perfection. From helping us obtain a list to delivering the gifts to the residents. There is some new construction going on and the buildiing is looking fabulous. Everything is spotless and all the staff is wonderful. Just smiles and warm welcomes while we were there. You can tell that the residents were well cared for and happy. Just an all around great place.
