5 /5 Emilie Millet: One of the best experiences I have had . Everyone was very personable and made the experience even better. Lauren took great care of my hair and made me feel better then ever. Although I didn’t get any services done provided by the other amazing women, I’m sure I would’ve liked it just as much and I’m sure they would’ve made me feel just as special.

She goes above and beyond to accommodate all appointments. Our teenage son drives himself from Chittenango to have Lauren cut his hair because of how awesome she is.

5 /5 Sabrina Bragerton: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gina Marie and Lauren who took care of me and my friend. I came up from NYC to surprise my friend for a Girl spa-day last minute. It was clear from the reviews that Villa Verona was clearly the better choice than Turning Stone. The service we received was impeccable. They coordinated our hair and facial services and made every step so personalized. They knew exactly how to guide us through what we needed for our hair and face because we can be indecisive sometimes. We felt like family the entire time and the prices were so good that it would be worth it to drive here all the way from NYC when I need services! Needless to say this will be a place we will visit again. Thank you to Gina Marie and her staff.

5 /5 Danielle Emeny: Modern and clean. Teri is quick and efficient. There isnt a lot of black hair care in this area, but she takes care of my hair with no issues. She doesnt do braids, though, if that is what you are interested in. I love the caroten treatments. My hair stays salon straight for about 5-6 months with only the need to blow it dry. Well worth the price. It takes a few hours to get done, but what doesnt take a few hours when youre black and need hair care?
