Shelly Manning: I WAS a repeat customer. Same stylist. Had to pay a down payment to HD my appointment. I get there on time. I get 6 braids done and she asks if she can finish another client real quick. I thought..real quick...sure. why not? She proceeded to do a different clients whole head. So instead of taking my deposit for the couple braids she did do or even apologizing, she proceeded to waiste the hair that I bought and cut it out. And say have a good day. NEVER AGAIN

Chyna Odum: I spent my money so I’m going to be honest. (First time customer) booking a certain appointment time doesn’t seem to matter. For a hair style that took her two hours and maybe 30 minutes I was there for 5 hours. I stated my scalp was sensitive and as a hair dresser you make recommendations or you move accordingly to that persons information being told. Well my hair in the burnt spots are stuck. Lol or the fact I was told by the assistant not to ask the hair dresser how long will she be after sitting for 2 hours past my appointment time because “she’ll get upset”. Or being the third person there to being the last person to leave after 3 ppl came in after me lol. Never again. She gave me candy though.
