1 /5 Lili DelaCruz: I have gone time nails many times, the first few time my gel manicure was nicely done and lasted about two weeks. I stopped going because I did not like the way a nail technician was painting my nails. The finish did not look clean or professionally done. I decided to give them another try. I called to make an appointment and specifically asked no to book my appointment with the same nail technician that had been my nails because I didn’t like how she did it. I went there and got the same person. Long story short, I ended up getting the same messy manicure. I didn’t want her to feel bad so I have a regular manicure instead of gel. This will the last time going to Time nails!

5 /5 KoshkinDom Family: I feel like I need to write the review to do them justice. Our family has been going to them for 15 years and we love them . Very professional, clean and helpful. There used to be one lady working there who was slower than others , but I haven’t seen her on the last few years . The male tech there (sorry I forgot your name ) is the best , especially if you need a neck massage after a stressful day at work !

1 /5 Odessia Jackson: Most time I got service here it was good, last time the nail tech. She was new and had a bad attitude, rush my pedicure, they use this flimsy cheap equipment that cannot clean your foot properly, and then act like she was doing me a favor. When I went to get my manicure by the next tech ( first chair on the left when you enter ) act like $5 tip wasn’t good enough, just bad Customer Service haven’t went back since.

Tina (SleepyQueenTina): $88 (credit accepted) for gel mani & pedi (done at the same time!l) Friendly, professional, quick, and easy to book I didnt have a lot of time so I left the previous salon I was waiting for and they took me in immediately. Thank you for making my day a lot better! The massage, scrub and cleaning felt great, and i feel refreshed, definitely coming back!

Rebecca Mills: Ms. Diva is the best! I’ve been going consistently for 2+ years and I always leave satisfied! Staff is friendly and talented! I go to the same person for my nails and no matter what design I show her, she does it beautifully! I rotate through different pedicure techs and they all do a great job! The salon is clean and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Gettin-jiggy Withit: I visited on 10/21/22. I gave it 3 stars because the chairs need to be replaced as the are very very worn! Also if they are going to play the TV they should select a program that wont incite the customer. So National geo or house hunter, anything neutral. Not fox or CNN or the local liberal news thats for sure. Other than that, my pedicure was very good, the leg massage was ok . You lose something when you try to massage with plastic gloves on. The price was average and the personnel were friendly. Its a good location because its a store front with ample parking and Handicap accessible.

She always does a wonderful job completes everything in a timely manner but also does everything with such care. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’m always recommending this place to my friends! Michelle the owner is also great, she knows most of her clients by name and there’s a lot of us!

Joli Valdes: Unless you’re going to Maria or Rosa, expect to have subpar service. I came in recently to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The spa pedicure was wonderful and the woman doing it took her time. Unfortunately I didn’t relax while I was getting my pedicure because my manicure was awful. I showed the woman (Sun Lang Mei is the name of the woman. I only know bc I looked at her license on the wall) what I wanted she said it was no problem. Clearly it was an issue because she kept looking at the reference photo and then my nails and had no idea where to start. I suggested 2 layers of the lighter color as a base and the darker purple on top to give the marble effect but she ended up doing one thin patchy base layer and then add the purple on top. She said it was going to be a $20 up charge because it was more work (a regular gel is $28. She didn’t even remove my old polish off my nails as seen in the photos) but again all I got was one thin uneven base layer and two small pats of the darker color. I tried to say I was unhappy but she just kept saying “so cute” or “so pretty”. I was in her chair maybe 35 minutes and 10 of that was her trying to figure out how to do my nails. When it was time to pay the gentleman (not sure he is the other owner or the woman who did my nails is the owner) got offended when I voiced my issues. I’ve had mixed experiences here but this is the final mail in the coffin for me not to come back.
