    Deena: I absolutely love going to Joanna Nails in West Nyack! Joanna is amazing at what she does and can flawlessly execute any nail design I bring to her. Her attention to detail and skill are truly impressive. Ive been going to this salon for a while now, and I can confidently say that Ill never go anywhere else. Not only is Joanna talented, but she also creates a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the salon. I always leave feeling pampered and happy with my nails. I highly recommend Joanna Nails to anyone looking for top-notch nail services!

    Caleigh Jermy: This place is amazing. They have candy in bowls for you, The nail techs are so kind and understanding, but you do have to be a little more specific on the design you want. The prices are a little pricey but they are understandable. I have just finished getting my nails done and they look good but the person who was doing them didnt remove any of the polish he got on my skin even tho I asked him to be didnt. The one thing I dont like is how much they charge for rhinestones the original price of my manicure was supposed to be 35 but it ended up being 55 because of the rhinestones I normally dont leave reviews but this time i just feel like I need to. I love the place and love the people they are so nice and welcoming but they leave your nails a mess depending on the design you get other than that I would 100000% recommend this salon to everyone

    Aria Bell: My favorite treat to myself is getting my nails done at Lilys nails. I have been coming to Lily’s nails for just over a year now and by far it is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to quite a few in Rochester). Everyone who works there is so kind and careful with each piece of art they create on your nails. They meticulously craft each of my acrylic nails and I fall in love every three weeks when I get them done. They work so hard and clearly shows. Definitely 10/10 recommend this nail salon to anyone and everyone.

    Taylor Gephard: Did ANC, my second time. I got them on Tuesday and 2 days later they started to lift, and by saturday they started to chip and break off. Owner did them. It was $50. Not worth it, though the owner was a kind guy. My first set of ANC was by a parlor in hyde park and they stayed on for 4 weeks, and I actually am able to do my own ANC (albeit im a beginner) and they stay on much longer than what they did. I am disappointed, to say the least. I dont even need a soak off because I can literally see where they are lifting and pop them without much effort at all. Another thing which Im not sure is true, is that they dont clean their tools between people. I am not sure if that is a sanitary thing or not.

    michelle greene: I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE doing these but I have to in this situation. I called to make an appointment but my usual nail tech was on vacation. I still went in and was with the tech that started me on the whole dip powder nails. Love them! Her work is great but her as a person, I was not happy with. The first time I went to her, she “lectured “ me pretty much thru the whole service that I needed to call to make an appointment. I told her that I did and nobody answered and it wouldn’t let me leave a message. SHE MADE ME CALL THE SALON FROM MY PHONE WHILE I WAS THERE!!!!! She wanted to hear what the vm said. (I work in JC and get out at 530. They close at 7. They accept walk ins. ) Today when I went…. Same girl. I had almond shaped nails and wanted to go back to square. Told me it’s really hard to do that???? They were long enough so she had enough length to work with. Next, there was a color I found on Pinterest that I wanted to show her and she wouldn’t let me saying they probably didn’t have it. I said maybe something close to it. Still no. So I said I wanted to look at the color samples and she said they were wrong and wouldn’t let me, AT 1st! Made me look at a basket of the dip powders. I grabbed the samples, found the one I wanted and she was right, it was wrong but then I showed her the color. Next…. During the filing and shaping etc, because of the language barrier I guess I didn’t understand what she meant, but she told me to put my hand down as she was filling my thumb. I put it down. She said no, put it down. So I put my thumb down. She said NO and shook her head and ROLLED HER EYES!!!!! Are you kidding me???? Like I said the nails look fantastic but the service? Not so fantastic.

    Holly Anne: This was my second time visiting J&J Nail Spa. The salon is clean and inviting. All the staff look professional and are kind. I got ANC both days and I can say with certainty that this is the best work I’ve ever had done. My last set lasted me 4 weeks. No chipping or breaking. Grace did a fabulous job on my nails. 10/10. So happy to find a new nail salon.

    Sarah Czyzewski: Tried this salon on a whim after I dumped my nail tech and needed a hard gel fill terribly. I would give ten stars if I could! I booked with Candie through the Vagaro app and was able to see her that same day. Candie is meticulous and gave me exactly what I wanted based on a photo I showed her. Her attention to detail at every step was truly like no nail tech Ive ever had before...and Ive gone through many. I love her! The salon was clean and everyone was friendly and polite. I love that I can use the Vagaro app to schedule when I want/need. I booked my next appointment immediately!

    Allyson Faroni: I am so thankful that I love close to this little gem. Really cute little salon with a ton to offer! Rhonda is who I see for my hair, she has such an upbeat personality and really listens to what you are looking for, there is no way not to feel your best when walking out of there! Everyone who is working there or is a customer is always so nice. I have also gotten a facial from Rhonda and it was the most relaxing experience and my skin felt amazing afterwards! I was just going to get a few facials leading up to my wedding but I will definitely be making it a part of my regular routine. My fiance sees Derek for his hair and always comes back home looking great and has nothing but great things to say about him. Both Derek and Rhonda are easy to get ahold of to make appointments as well. The salon is always so clean, has some cute little things to look at and buy aside from product, and they offer everything the larger spas do!
