Tip Top Nails - Olean (NY)

1 /5 Cassandra Gee: I went here to get my nails done for a wedding. Worker cut off all of my nails because I asked for square. She just needed to reshape them but instead cut them off completely. When painting them, she refused to let them dry all the way. The paint job was ruined within 10 minutes of them kicking me out because they were "done." They had me sit under a fan dryer for 25 minutes after my second coat. But they never let first coat dry. When I asked them to solve the problem, they said why bother it would only happen again because I wouldnt pay for gel. I paint my own nails at home with regular and have never had issues with drying or lasting. Again, I only went to get a cute design for a wedding, and they ruined it while charging me $35.

2 /5 Holly Hughes: The men there that do nails are awful. They dont care, ALWAYS trying to change my designs to fit them better. I pay good money and tip I should be able to get intricate designs, if you are a CERTIFIED nail tech it should be no problem. He said he could do until he cut my nails, told me he could no longer do it. I was so very excited to get the nail art, I left in tears. I wont be returning.

1 /5 Nina Sanchez: Did not get what I asked for. Was very unprofessional argued with about valid prices that they have written legally on the company paper. Let me start with a pedi is 45$ I asked the lady that was doing my friends pedicure if they did acrylic pedicures. She said yes, so when my employee came over to start my toes I asked if he could and he said no my toes where too small so I asked for just my big toe and he continued to say no. then I had a I had a full set of nails I had recently just gotten done but they were long and I just wanted them just down and painted. On the paper with all of their prices it said to cut down your nails was 8$ and I got French white tips painted on which is another 10-15$ however much they charge I don’t know exactly because they don’t have it on the paper and or they do not give you a receipt. My total came up to 95$ which I knew was not correct, so after I left and thought about it I called, and that’s when I was argued with and was not even able to get a sentence out without being interrupted. And to add to it all when you call tip top they have their phones on speaker so everyone in the salon heard this nail technician arguing with a young paying customer that they excessively over priced. Long story short will not being going back there!!! learned my lesson! The nails also have black dots all over the white tips and my gel polish was on my skin on my toes which led to the whole gel nail coming off!!

1 /5 Chelsea Connor: The staff was friendly but absolutely ruined my eye brows when I went in for a wax. They are completely uneven, different lengths and shape, and she ripped skin off. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning.
