I brought my car in for inspection today. At first I was impressed. Chris was the only person working and was very busy, yet still performed the inspection quickly while I waited. I was hoping to leave a good review; however, I realized as I left and stopped for a couple errands that he damaged the button for my drivers side window. This window was operating perfectly fine before the inspection. There was actually a physical chip in the paint after pick up that was not there before and the manual all the way up does not work. I also have to try 3 times to get it to stay sealed. This happened consistently after the inspection and never once before.
I hated to even have to call him to address this because I felt bad, but he completely denied responsibility. I nicely explained it was fine before and now is not - there is no way that was a coincidence. I was only asking to bring it back and have it fixed for me. He made it clear he would not accept responsibility for it. I will not return and hope others dont make the same mistake. What was supposed to be a check off my to do list is now a new addition to the list.
