The person on the phone was very rude and disrespectful as if we was disturbing him by asking him to do his job. My boyfriend already bought his own parts so he just wanted to know how much it would be to put it on. He was told “ well why don’t you buy the tools and do it yourself” then hung up on him.That’s not how you keep your business generating income. If you don’t like what you do find something else and don’t take your frustrations out on potentially new customers.

It will show you what happened. Never take a new car there. If you have an old beat up car I think that’s the best car to take over there. The customer service suck they broke my cargo net by taking out the tires. They said they call they never did for replacement. They scratched every rims on my car then they told me drive it in the rain and the rain will take the scratches out.

The next morning it had trouble starting so we took it to our mechanic who said it was a piece of junk! He said to fix everything will cost us 5-7 thousand dollars! The mechanic who sold it to us is not willing to give us money back or fix the car. If he was this dishonest with us he is going to be dishonest with you too! Steer away from him!
