5 /5 Zena G.: This is my third or fourth time patronizing Uptown Motors NYC and each time I’m a satisfied customer. The customer service with management when inquiring is top notch and once your vehicle is actually in their possession, the service is unmatched. I bought my vehicle in around 10am for brake pad replacements. The mechanic Richard was available right away, informative and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Richard handled my work with care and in no time. By 3pm my car was serviced and I was back home. Anytime I go to Uptown Motors I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of and it’s why will continue to use them and recommend the company to others. The prices are fair and the service, as far as I’ve seen is great.

I know very little about the mechanics of my car, and to be honest as a woman I am concerned about being ripped off at a mechanic. I was able to get my starter fixed very quickly, and I’m so satisfied with the work. I will definitely refer Uptown Motors to my friends. Thanks !

5 /5 Andy Bernstein: I wanted full synthetic oil for my new cars first oil change, and I found Uptown Motors through a google search and Groupon. Karen and Andy are a husband and wife team. Karen is the gracious "front of house" customer service person, and Andy is the expert in the garage. The distributor messed the order up slightly, but Karen and Andy did their best to accommodate me. Richard, who did the oil change, was friendly and very knowledgeable. The shop is easy to get to in the Bronx, but it turns out they also offer pick-up and return for free, so Ill be using that next time. The prices are reasonable. The service and convenience set them apart. Im glad I found them.

5 /5 Oscar R: I found this place a couple of years ago while looking for a discounted oil change on groupon. Needless to say, Ive stayed with them since. Andy, Richard, and Karen are very amicable and pleasant to talk to, theyve been nothing but helpful regarding my old car and all its repairs. Ive gone to them for issues ranging from a simple oil change to replacing my water pump and faulty sensors, theyve offered a great service at a fair price. Theyve even provided me with a tow once due to a dead battery and starter motor. Yep, Ive got an old car, but with repairs and advice from Andy and Richard Ive kept my old girl in fighting shape.

5 /5 Mara Sharkey: Andy and Karen were absolutely wonderful! Being new to town I searched thoroughly for a new auto place and they are EXACTLY what I was looking for. I spoke with Karen on the phone for about 20 minutes just making an appointment for an oil change. Andy also serviced my car and gave me helpful cost saving advice. They are the kind of people you can trust.
