1 /5 David Ruszkowski: This company installed a furnace in the spring of 2013, later that year in the fall the furnace was not working. They showed up to fix the problem, troubleshooted it and then charged me $89.00 without advising me of the fees before doing the work. You would think that if a company installs a furnace that they would offer a certain period where they support the product. Watch this company they will pull out hidden charges like this one. On the original job they also left behind lots of garbage like pop cans, etc. in my basement.
