1 /5 Brooke Thomas: I went in to have one extension placed on a natural nail that broke. They ended up putting get extensions on all my nails. I was annoyed but they turned out fine. Went in 2 weeks later to have them removed, they destroyed my natural nails. They have gash marks all over and the people rushed removing the gel extensions. I’m so upset and my nails are horrible, gashes all over. Would not recommend this place, they rush and don’t care about your natural nails.

1 /5 Emerson Brown: I’ve been going to miracle nails for a while but the past few visits have been exceptionally bad, today 10 minutes into my manicure the nail guy was cutting my cuticles off and deeply cut my finger. he did apologize but little was done to treat the injury except a quick paper towel with some liquid on it. it’s been two hours since my appointment and my finger still won’t stop bleeding. they also cut another finger a little bit but not nearly as bad. the cut is deep and long and very painful. they didn’t even offer a discount.

1 /5 Jodi Prell: It’s been years since I have come to this nail salon. I had a pedicure done and it was great. I am not someone who gets their nails done regularly but enough to know this was the worst experience. I went in to get powder nails done. There wasn’t anyone in at 4pm on a Thursday. After getting sat to a station with a gentleman I noticed the place wasn’t very clean. The gentleman that did my nails grabbed brushes that should have been thrown out. Example of one of the brushes was the small square brushes you use the scrub and clean your nails. I am not even over exaggerating when say the bristles on this brush looked liked it had been used to scrub down a bathroom. The bristles were broken and distorted. For some reason he used it to lightly after dipping my nails. I am glad that my cuticles weren’t overly trimmed and bleeding. Because there is no way someone wouldn’t get some kind of infection. He also never did push back my cuticles The one star is for that my actual nails are smooth and not rough. I think the pictures are self explanatory of my experience here. These were taken in the car right after. The powder nails were $41 cash & I gave him a $14 dollar tip. So in total I spent $55.

5 /5 Tiff: Have been coming here for years and love the packages they offer with the free 10 minute chair massage. Very clean and great service. I only wish theyd start appointments again as it can be hard to get into if you dont have time to wait.

1 /5 Jennifer Hawker: I had a terrible experience at Miracle Nail Salon. First, the pedicure station I was assigned to wasn’t even working properly, which was extremely disappointing. On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude throughout my visit. To make matters worse, they actually *forced* me to leave a tip, which felt completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and ripped off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
