3 /5 Kim Moody: I went to my appointment today and saw a Doctor called Honey Olha. I would not call her a doctor. She spoke to the back of my head asked me why I was there and I told her to get my dentures repaired. She asked how long I had them and I told her four years I got them when I lived in Michigan. I had to repeat myself to each question as she kept saying huh. She finally came around and ran her fingers on my gums then She stated that we don’t do dentures here then proceeds to tell me to call back in two weeks after she turns in my x-rays to my insurance. I am dumbfounded as to why I would call since they don’t do dentures. After reading several reviews on here this evening, I’ve noticed that the owner is quick to respond to people that give a positive review, but there is no acknowledgment when it’s a negative review. I am 64 years old and I’ve never been treated so rudely in all my life at a dentist office it’s fearful enough going to a dentist. On a positive note the front room staff and the other technicians that took my x-rays were very pleasant. I reckon there was a misunderstanding on my part at what the doctor said. The manager called and explained things. I thought that was gracious of her. Thank you.

3 /5 Thomas Ladlee: So far so good. Im going there to get partials made. The office staff and the people in the dental clinic Ive dealt with have been very friendly and helpful. The short time I spent with the dentist on my first visit unfortunately wasnt as good. She seemed very rude and spoke to me behind my back so the assistant had to repeat to me everything she said. Then she ran her fingers around inside my mouth and said see the girl out front and shell submit a referral to your insurance.
