DIVORCE YOURSELF: Misdiagnosed my eyes during opthalmology appointment resulting in additional, unnecessary vIsits. They billed me for multiple, totally unnecessary exams even after I told them I was just fine. Doctor admitted she was wrong in her diagnosis and stated she was glad I was correct in my own medical assessment!!!! Who is the doctor here???? Nevertheless they billed me for multiple visits which I refused to pay! Total rip-off, unprofessional and a waste of time. Consider other alternatives!!!!

Dale Quesnell: Dr. Mungari Is amazing. My procedure went great and his receptionist is very organized. I barely walked in the office and one month later, my pain is gone. I would highly recommend this Doctor for any feet issues.

Bonnie Bellinger: I went to Dr. Ganga Nair for a scratch on my eyeball. She was excellent. Friendly and professional and knew what she was doing. After a series of eyedrops and checkups my eye healed perfectly. I would definitely recommend her.

Michele. Ty Johnson: I go in there because I might have pneumonia. I have a heating pad because I have bad back issues and they on purpose put me in a seat without me being able to plug in my heating pad. I can’t stay there and find out if I got pneumonia because they’re treating me like I’m a number and none of human being.

Bradley Scoggin: Not even one star can describe how disappointed I was in the service I received at this medical office. I made an appointment six months ago, showed up at my appointment on time yesterday. While I expect to have to wait some for the doctor to come in, I waited over 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, the doctor never came in, and I had to leave because I had another appointment scheduled. The excuse they gave is that the doctor will take as much time with the patient ahead of me as they need to. While this may seem like a compassionate approach to care, it is not. The nursing staff and even the manager, Sara, seemed to not care or have any respect for other peoples time and effort because they made it seem like I was being unreasonable for not wanting to wait 40+ minutes after my scheduled appointment despite me having showed up on time. They also lost the paperwork that I filled out 6 months ago, so I had to fill all that out again.

Raymond valentin: If i could give a zero rating i would. I transferred my oldest son from his other pediatricians office to here almost a year ago and he sees a doctor who we absolutely love! We had our second son a few months ago and I made the mistake of letting him go to a different doctor than his brother. The first couple appointments went well no issues, after his 2 month appt we started having issues with this specific doctor not listening to our concerns or completely ignoring anything we try to tell her after being stuck sitting in a room for anywhere from 45 mins to 2 1/2 hours for her to only be in there long enough to do a checkup before rushing out. The most recent incident was yesterday when i called to checkup on a referral for formula that WIC had requested exactly a week prior. Both me and the lady at wic tried multiple times to get in touch to see what was going on only for me to be told multiple different things regarding the referral. Last week i was told the dr was out of office due to weather and that was also the excuse monday as well when i called. I tried calling again yesterday and was told by one of the receptionists that it was denied due to her “not seeing or knowing he had a problem with formula”(there was zero discussion in any prior appts about formula even though i had brought it up multiple times but again she chose to disregard what i was saying and at his last appt immediately went on talking about starting him on purees) and if it did get denied why didnt i get a phone call from the doctor telling me that or at least calling me and asking me whats going on instead of denying it and leaving it at that.So at this point i was getting upset because i had already been calling for days getting absolutely nowhere and they transferred me to a nurse and it happened to be the same nurse i spoke to earlier that day when i called and she tried to tell me the conversation we had was completely different than what it actually was which made me more furious and i was crying on the phone when she decided she was going to put it on speaker and call other people over to listen to me and i could hear her giggling when i started to freak then she hung up on me. I did report the said nurse to the department of health after everything had happened. My fiance called this morning to switch our youngest sons dr to the one our oldest sees and got told he needs the supervisors permission to do that and was transferred over only to leave a voicemail that will probably just be ignored. This is extremely unprofessional and I believe they are now making us jump through hoops to switch doctors because of this situation. When i switched from one office to this one all i needed to do was sign a paper for release of records so i dont understand how i need a supervisors permission to switch to a different doctor thats in the same network/facility. And ill be damned if a lady that doesnt even give my kid the time of day thinks shes gonna tell me what formula my child does better on because the formula he is on is the same one we ended up having to put his oldest brother on. Not to mention this same doctor snatched a balloon glove away from oldest because it was choking hazard then gave him a tongue depressor to shove down his throat. In what world is any of this okay.

Shelby Brand: Unprofessional staff and insane wait times. The waiting area has very loud music playing and is very bright-not conducive to those coming in with light/noise sensitivity. This is my second experience here within the last 2 years (one as a patient and one as a caregiver) and I’m astounded each time regarding the overall lack of care of patients. I feel like after hour 2 of waiting, a little communication about how much longer they anticipate would go a long way. I highly recommend driving outside of town to other emergency rooms.
    Mohiuddin Samah MD - Watertown
Priscilla King: Watertown, NY is lucky to have Dr Mohiuddin. After a week stay in Samaritan Hospital and a week stay at Cleveland Clinic hospital, Dr Mohiuddin was the neurologist to diagnosis my husband’s condition. Dr Mohiuddin ordered the right test needed. We are grateful.

missy h: Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. The medical staff was very nice. The dr stated in front of us that she was sending a prescription to the pharmacy. The prescription was NEVER sent. This ended up with patient going to er over the weekend. When canceling further appts the receptionist said “sounds good”.

Bob Kertulis: We are in Emergency Department and in a room where no one has been in to see patient. I had to go out for some help from a nurse. Almost one hour since she left us. Total lack of communications is ridiculous. Consider informing patients and their family with a status update every 15 minutes or half hour. Wish there was another hospital near by. Syracuse actually seems like a better option. Cant wait to score on Medicare. Fix communications to enhance care
