Ellie Kingsley: I LOVE Dr Sundas Latif! She actually cares about her patients and listens to them and that is something you do not see a lot on the medical field.

Jamie Cartin: I had a so-so experience. I first started as a radiology patient that then was sent to the ER for a potential obstruction. The radiology reception/check in woman was wonderful! Very empathetic and friendly. The ultrasound tech guy was also very kind and friendly. Radiology was great over all! The ER reception/check in woman was also fantastic. She was very kind and explained things well. Another positive was definitely Dr. Wu! He came in and was very empathetic to my pain while trying to understand what was going on. He never made me feel like a burden and was great about doing his part. The guy who did my CT scan was also cool. Unfortunately, I can’t name any of the nurses or anything. No one introduced themselves to me. I think my main nurse was the guy with the beard, because he tried to take my blood at one point (I had already done a blood test that same day) and informed me I needed a pregnancy urine sample prior to getting a CT. I think he forgot about me, because I waited 40 minutes after giving my urine sample before anyone even came back to check on me. The woman who did check my vitals said, “You’re unhooked!” And I informed her I got unhooked 40 mins prior when I went to pee and no one had come back since then. She was cool enough and had a good sense of humor, which deescalated the situation a bit. I also heard her asking the male nurse if he had forgotten about me. When he came in a few minutes later, he claimed the lab was backed up? Which is concerning since it was a simple pregnancy dip while in the ER. I know none of the nurses names. At one point a third nurse came in and handed me medicine. I asked what it was for, because she hadn’t told me. Her name tag was flipped so I couldn’t see her name. It’s true that you can hear everything going on while there. I don’t mind people having fun at work; in fact I encourage it! I’d rather have people enjoying themselves than miserable, but it was a bit surreal hearing nurses talk illy of people and talk about drinking and partying with certain patients they recognized. I felt like a burden, especially when I’d left the room for tests or to urinate and no one looked up from their computers or acknowledged me in any way. Not only this, but there seemed to be no streamlined communication. No one seemed to know if I had been to my CT yet, so I had the doctor come in confused about why I hadn’t even been there yet. Then I had some random nurse tell me I’d be getting an IV and be sent to my CT scan soon, when I had already been there and the doctor had already come back in to read my results and do further checks. I never got that IV, which probably would have helped with my dehydration and headache haha. Overall, it was a mid experience. The worst ER I’ve been to, but I’ve only been to a few so that’s not saying much. Maybe invest in a streamlined communication method and some empathy training?

Devin Crislip: My absolute most trusted and valued doctors office. Right here. The utmost respect and generosity is heavily seen here. It’s literally incredible, with the world being such a dumpster fire. 100000% recommend. Always.

Shanna Kilbourn: I went to the ER at 915 because 8 fell down my stairs and hurt my neck and shoulder. I sat in the room crying in pain for over and hour before the doctor came back. Never examined me at all. He said hed order and pray. That didnt take long. However I waited almost another hour to get something for pain Crying in agony the entire time. The meds didnt last long and I was back in excruciating pain and crying. Even after I called the nurse to see if she could tell the doctor that the meds wore off no one ever came back. By hour six with no one coming to speak to me about the pain I was in or talk to me about my xray I called for the nurse to take my iv out so I could leave. However the staff had no problem sitting at the station laughing and goofing around. Absolutely disgusted and myself and my family will never go there again.

Amanda Garcia: Absolutely HORRIBLE Office - ZERO instead of a One 1) "No show" fee for an appointment that I didnt make. When I first starting going to this practice, they did not make appointments on my behalf. However, somewhere along the way they started making appointments for me when the doctor had to cancel. I spoke with the staff numerous times and asked, told, even BEGGED them to stop making appointments for me because I canNOT make them. They ignored me every single time. This culminated in December with them changing an appointment and because I wasnt able to check my voice messages (due to several factors including a death in the family), I didnt know the appointment was changed. So, I show up on my appointment date. They tell me they changed the appointment, only left me a voicemail, and now they are CHARGING ME a no show fee for an appointment that I didnt know about, nor did I agree to after specifically BEGGING them to stop making appointments for me. 2) Horrible communication - The office does not have a patient portal, does not send text messages, doesnt mail letters, they ONLY communicate via phone calls. So, if there is an issue with a voicemail, I wont know why they called. The office manager who is refusing to cancel the "no show" fee (for the appointment I didnt know about or agree to) is only there M - Th 8 - 3. I am unable to make calls during those hours because of my job. I cannot make calls until after 330. So, now I dont have ANY way to try to resolve this issue. 3) Constantly Rescheduling Appointments - I was required to make appointments at least 6 months in advance and just about every single appointment was changed because the doctor changed the schedule. So, I never actually knew when my appointments would be and the last time I was there, they told me they were going to cancel me as a patient for changing so many appointments...that the DOCTOR kept changing. 4) The last time I was there (for the appointment that was changed) I saw a paper on the door that said something along the lines of "if patients were disrespectful to office staff, there would be a particular kind of consequence (I dont remember what it was)", and I thought to myself that there must be an issue with people being disrespectful. What I did NOT expect was that the office staff member that I spoke with started the issue with ME, I did not start the problem with her. She got short, snippy, and was flat out disrespectful blaming me for things that the office did. 5) Lengthy wait times - The doctor I saw was late ALL THE TIME. There were so many appointments (even virtual) where I waited 40 minutes or more to be called back or for the doctor to get on the appointment. So, I started making my appointments as early as possible and the doctor STILL couldnt see me on time. Next, Ill be filing complaints with the NYS DOH and Attorney General because of these charges.

barbara miller: My mother was in assisted living for 6 years and loved her room and the staff. We were able to meet and connect with them. Very loving caring people. She spent a short time in skilled nursing, where she received excellent care. When she was placed in comfort care she not only received the best care but her family did also. They put up with her large family and offered us so much comfort. I want to thank the caring community they are for everything they did for our family. ❤️
