Their commitment to providing quick and friendly service is evident from the moment you walk through the door. I had an emergency traveling from Delaware to Vestal. I called and was told to bring my car in immediately. Thank goodness I did. Justin and his team found the problem. His team went to work right away to fix my Lexus. (There was no way I could get home with out VanDervort’s help and service). I thought it was going to take a couple of hours but they were done in less than 45 minutes. As additional problems were found out as my car was being prepared that was fixed as well. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. Justin and his team were extremely friendly, transparent, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. I was expecting major issues with my Mazda, but they quickly diagnosed the problem and only fixed what was necessary—they didn’t try to upsell me on anything.
