1 /5 Cinthia Rose: Please for the sake of your own hygiene and sanity, do nottt go here. The polishing came out good, but at what cost. I came in with a previous set on, wanting a removal. An older woman working the pedicure station took out a metro card to rip my nails off. If I wanted that service, I couldve done it myself at home. Tools were not sanitized or cleaned. Taken right out of a plastic box under the pedicure chair. When done she dumped them in my feet water. In the videos you can see how flimsy my nails are now from being ripped off.

1 /5 Angela Cotto: Got my nails done told them they need to be thick cause I work with my hands. Totally ignored me did what they wanted. A few hours later 9 go to grab the door handle to my bldg a d a nail popped and broke right off. Going back to make them fix and it better be for free. I didnt pay $60 for my nails to break so easily. Dont even get me started on the polish work. Ive paid $60 b4 for my nails in other places and nvr had a terrible experience like this.

Milvis J. Urena: Amazing! It was my first time. My wife booked an appointment and the rest is history. Great atmosphere, but most important, stellar work. I got a manicure for my rough hands and they came out brand new. I also got a pedicure while on a massaging chair and a foot massage. I thank the establishment for an amazing experience and Maria for executing it perfectly.

Jadii: I wish I could give this place zero stars. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 AM because I prefer long nails; the owner told me to come at 9:00 am. I woke up exceptionally early to ensure I wouldn’t waste anyone’s time or money since I believe time management is crucial. I found it still closed when I arrived at the shop at 8:50 am. I waited patiently until 9:15, then texted the owner for an update. To my dismay, they dared to respond that they had forgotten about my appointment and suggested I come back. After all the effort I put into being on time, it was incredibly frustrating to feel dismissed. I had already endured the cold while waiting outside, and now I was expected to return for service from someone who does not value their customers or their time. I also preferred acrylic for my nails, but the shop only uses builder gel. I lost my business and will not recommend any of my friends to come here

Kay Rosario: Worst experience of my life, they don’t even deserve 1 star but I had to put it so I can be able to write this review. Really bad attitude. This was my “final product” and as ya can see is horrible!!! The shape is terrible, the nails are bulky, she didn’t even try to clean them up or make them look nice. On top of all that she got mad because I told her to stop I rather go somewhere else. They started laughing in my face and talking about the nails in their language while continuously laughing. Since Tiffany and Jennifer left this place isn’t worth coming to. You being in business 2 decades doesn’t guarantee a good service. Hire better employees and then you can brag.

They never disappoint every time I go. I highly recommend Lam she’s one of the best and I only go to her! This are just the 2 of the examples of her creations she recently just did with my nails.

Ana Mor: First off I want to start by saying how excited I was to do my nails with Jenny I had booked a month ago. I arrived 30 minutes earlier. I showed her my inspiration nails picture(500 dollars) she requires a deposit of $50 so I decided that I wasn’t going to spend $500 dollars on my nails so I told her that I was willing to pay $250. So for $250 you get 4 rhinestone nails but not full , she left acrylic residue on my nails she was bothered that I had dry cuticles and she didn’t even bother to check if my nails were perfect because I have a hair in one of them. I do understand that you get what you pay for but I honestly was expecting a better service not this! even if it was simple she should have made sure that the nails were perfect and that I was satisfied but I wasn’t! I guess if you are a celebrity or somebody from the media you’re going to get pampered and an excellent service but since I’m a regular person she doesn’t care and I’m not a complicated person I’m always open to suggestions .. i’ll leave some pictures here...

They work pretty quickly and I haven’t had any complaints as of yet. Another bonuses at the retention is really good. I typically will have a set last for about a month.

Frederick diaz: My sister in law just came back from there and she is PISSED. Apparently they dont do designs or ombre They gave her a basic blue color and even though its acrylic. Her nails came out lopsided and it is noticeable. She has decided to go to another place later today to get them redone. I dont know where that four-star rating is at but please people pick better.

Kay Joy: Extremely affordable with better service and quality than the other places in the area. The pedicures are great, I usually go to Adela. The full sets are very fairly priced and are done well. Very pleased with this nail salon and I will be continue to patronize them.
