1 /5 Emily Locy: I’ve had my nails done in Watertown for over 20 years. I have never witnessed a more unprofessional business owner in my life. Jenny displayed blatant disrespect in front of all clients and employees. Making everyone uncomfortable. I stayed respectful and paid. She continued to throw my money back at me and say “take it and use it somewhere else”. Maybe having a bad day, or just mad because I wanted a different shade of pink? Not sure. I just know I’ve never in my life had an experience like today at a place where I was paying for services. Jenny, you’re a dick.

5 /5 Catalina Hernandez: I have been to many nail salons in town. Most charge way too much for poor quality nails. Jenny was recommended to me by a friend and I’ve been going ever since. She does a phenomenal job, provides amazing service and takes her time. My nails come out amazing every time and for a great price.

1 /5 Ashley B: I had the worst manicure experience. The woman with glasses did a terrible job. Took off the polish. She buffed my nail so much, which you would only do for acrylics I looked it up, that my nails are so rough and scrapped.
