On top of that super gentle, Im so used to nail salons being rough when handing my feet or hand but no pain at all! Would definitely come here again!

Sophia Castro So I went in to get a fill for my nails. I had my nails done by a lady named Katy and she always does an amazing job. Today she wasn’t there so I had an older man fill my nails. The entire time he was distracted while doing my nails. What I originally wanted he couldn’t do because he didn’t match the acrylic base that I originally had. When I was dissatisfied with the results he said that the nails were smooth and fine. When In reality the edges of my nails were missing a fill, he didn’t remove any cuticles, he also never even put cuticle oil on, the application of the jewels left a streak on the side of my nails, the shaping was awful, and the entire nail looked like I painted them myself with how lumpy it looked. I later went Perfection Nail Bar and Organic Spa and the lady fixed my nails and did exactly how I wanted them. The man at Tops wanted to charge me 15 dollars to take them off but at Perfection Nail Bar and Organic Spa they only charged me 10. The fully blue nails with the stones on top are from Tops nails done today. The blue French tips is from Perfection Nail Bar and Organic Spa also done today. And the green French tips nails is the example I provided. I will not go back to Tops again. If I could give no stars I would. Shaking my head I never make reviews like this either.

Alexa McQueen Ive went here twice. Each time theyve done some colored overlay instead of going through the whole process of putting on my full set and my nails have clean snapped off within the first week. The shaping is always good but the quality of work isnt great. Mind you i got my nails done 3 days ago.

crystal young I’ve gone to this salon many times and I came in today for a pedicure and nail manicure. The man did my pedicure and had me move to a chair and he started my nails. He did one coat of clear before putting colors and then asked me to change chairs. Then I saw another woman come and sit in the chair I was in. This isn’t the first time that this had happened where they asked me to move so they can take a different client. So I said I was done and went to pay for my pedicure. They tried charging me for my half done manicure, which I said no. They ended up double charging me for my pedicure and then called me from across the parking lot. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend.

J Mal Ive tried just about every nail place in the area and Xu has hands down been the best! Henry has been great for me and my daughter absolutely loves Layla! Henry does a really great ombre and great stilettos, and they both do beautiful, flawless nail art! If you show them a reference pic, they execute it perfectly! Theyre also both super quick which is awesome. Everyone in Xu is very friendly and the salon itself is beautiful, neat and clean. And the prices are fair and comparable for the area.. I saw some negative reviews that were bothered that they prefer you pay in cash. I have absolutely no problem with that, it takes two minutes to stop and grab cash or use the atm in the salon. Who would want to pay credit card companies fees if they can prevent it? Ive paid thousands of dollars around the area for lousy nails that Im unhappy with, if all it takes is to grab some cash to leave happy every time with beautiful nails then thats definitely something Im willing to do!! Jude Seymour Jodi is a real treat. Her pedicures are amazing and her space is always very clean and comfortable. There is nothing quite like sitting on a throne while you feet get the pampering they deserve. I walk out of her place feeling as if Im walking on clouds.

Angela Williams My favorite nail and wax shop in the local area. Jodi not only provides quality work but provides excellent customer service. Her services are reasonably priced and her hours make it easy to schedule an appointment.

Mandee F Jodi does an excellent job and provides great service. I have been seeing Jodi for nails since before her own shop opened, and I wouldnt go anywhere else in Watertown. Lots of color options and nail art available, and you can put in your own requests for future colors if she doesnt have what youre looking for (which has never happened to me - there are SO many choices!). A+ service, highly recommend!

Christene Cooper Quinn does a fantastic job!!! I went as a walk in for the first time and they got me right in. Service is always fast and attention to detail is great!

John Dunker When I tell yall that this is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had, I mean it! I go to Mimi regularly and always come with very specific requests. Not only is she amazing at her job, but everyone that works here is truly so kind. My kids came with me for my most recent set, and they didn’t mind at all providing drinks and letting them eat while I got my nails done. I’m able to text Mimi directly with photos of my ideas, what changes I want to make, and she practices until my appointment to make sure it’s perfect. Not only is the overall experience unbelievably amazing, the prices are so fair. They make going all out and expressing yourself freely achievable for everyone. I will NOT stop recommending luxx and their amazing artists. They aren’t just nail techs. They are artists.

g g For a set of just the acrylic with no color or nothing, I wasn’t expecting it to cost more than maybe 40 or 45. It was alright but it was also my first time here. Very rough with the cuticle part.

KAITLYN WELLS The work wasn’t good for the price, and the shop was unsanitary. The tech I had didn’t clean his space or some tools from the previous client, then was way too rough with my nails and made most of them bleed. He then put nail glue over top of the bleeding so he could continue doing my nails. I’ve had glue around my fingers for days I can’t get off, along with them continuing to bleed off and on and are quite sore. The polish is chipping already after 3 days, and the nail extensions are already separating from my nails. From reviews I expected a better experience, and wish I could get the money back as I now have to spend even more to get them fixed or removed.

Carly Rayelyn great environment, great quick service. My wife said these were the best nails she had ever gotten!! she loves this place and we will be back to get pedicures next!! Also fairly priced and the chairs are super comfy

Elizabeth Dial Bill was absolutely amazing!! He was able to squeeze me in on short notice for a fill and as always, did an incredible job on my beat up hands!! Shocked at the results and wishing I’d taken before pics for comparison. Bill and his wife took over ownership of this place a month ago and have done such a phenomenal job! Very pleased with results.

Emily Locy I’ve had my nails done in Watertown for over 20 years. I have never witnessed a more unprofessional business owner in my life. Jenny displayed blatant disrespect in front of all clients and employees. Making everyone uncomfortable. I stayed respectful and paid. She continued to throw my money back at me and say “take it and use it somewhere else”. Maybe having a bad day, or just mad because I wanted a different shade of pink? Not sure. I just know I’ve never in my life had an experience like today at a place where I was paying for services. Jenny, you’re a dick.

Catalina Hernandez I have been to many nail salons in town. Most charge way too much for poor quality nails. Jenny was recommended to me by a friend and I’ve been going ever since. She does a phenomenal job, provides amazing service and takes her time. My nails come out amazing every time and for a great price.

Esmeralda Cali DO NOT GET A PEDICURE FROM HERE!!!! I had the most traumatizing experience in this salon today. I went in for a gel pedicure and needed my previous gel pedicure removed. I was recommended this spot by a couple of people who spoke highly of Betty but since she was busy, they passed me along to another worker. The younger male did my pedicure and was so unbelievably rough with the drill while removing my old gel that my toes are bruised, in extreme pain, and so thin now that it is basically drilled down to the skin of my toes. It’s uncomfortable to walk and even worse when I touch them. He had this drill on the highest speed as if he was filing down hard, acrylic, artificial nails on my natural nails. I’m no nail artist but I know for a fact gel should be soaked off or if the drill is used, it’s only to remove the top layer and the rest of the gel be removed by a buffer or manually. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and let him continue until he started cutting my cuticles. He was going so fast and repeatedly stabbing my toes. I was visibly getting frustrated and pulling my toes back because of how sensitive even the slightest touch was. I also asked him to please not cut my nails short and to only file them straight because I was allowing them to grow out a little longer. Never in my 20+ years of getting pedicures have I walked out on a service or been on the verge of tears. I’ve had horrible manicures and pedicures in the past and I am not the type of person to leave reviews or complain about a service. When I finally told him to stop the pedicure he told the older women to continue the pedicure for me. None of them were remorseful, I didn’t receive a single apology, and I felt absolutely humiliated when they tried to make it seem like I was being difficult for no reason. I obviously declined for someone else to complete the pedicure because of how raw and in pain my toes were and all they told me was to Go. I even offered this man $10 for the mere time he spent on me and he gave me an attitude as if I was the one doing something wrong. I did not pay for the service and they did not ask me too. They are all highly unprofessional, rude and need to reevaluate their customer service skills. I do not recommend people go here for even the simplest service. As much as I do not want to publicly post my feet, people must see the condition my feet are in and they will only continue to get worse. All of the dark pink hues and basically my skin that’s been filed. I now need to worry about infection arising and allowing my nails to heal. If I could give them -10000 stars I would.

Alandra Mosier Betty! Shes so nice. She has 20+ years experience, and you can tell. Very knowledgeable, but willing to share which I loved. I wanted something kinda simple that would last around 3 weeks for a cruise trip. Love them! Hoping they last well Prices seem really reasonable as well! Salon was neat and clean. I hope to return ☺ *UPDATE* yall, its literally been a month and nails are doing well. This week, there is a lot of growth and a little chipping at the back of the nails. I will be removing them later this week. But they did great!! 3 weeks of cruising. No issues in the water. Great job! Updated pic as well. 7/24/23 returned and Betty did a great job again!
