5 /5 Amber Messina: Venus is phenomenal. Ive been going to her for about ten years, and she always lets me be as picky as I want to be with tweaks etc lol. She genuinely wants her clients to be more than happy. I was gifted a cut at a different salon, and knew right away that Venus is better with technique and professionalism. And every time shes working on someone when I get there early, that person is always thrilled with their hair. I always love going to Venus and coming away looking as feeling fabulous and refreshed.

I just love going to her salon. The people, the atmosphere and the work done is the best in Syracuse, even better than the expensive top salon in Chicago that I’ve been to! I recommend her to everyone and will never go anywhere else to have my hair done. I see a few bad reviews on here but they are the complete opposite of what I’ve experienced and how I’ve seen her act towards other customers. She is always accommodating and professional with everyone. If I ever move out of Syracuse, I will fly back just to get my hair done by her!
