    Lisa Reed: The current receptionist is extremely rude and lies. A month ago she called me to change my appointment and didn’t inform me she was changing it to a different dentist . I didn’t want to go to a different dentist as I’ve gone to the same one for years. Then half hour prior to that new appointment she called me to say she needed to go over my insurance. I said I was driving and would discuss when I got there. When I got there I called in the parking lot because it wasn’t time for my appointment. Receptionist was gone but was informed of change of dentist so I requested rescheduling . I was rescheduled to today and was told if any insurance issues reception would call me in the meantime . Never called me . I got there today and she was very gruff with me when she took my insurance which hadn’t changed from last year and said “ we don’t take that”. So I said then I can’t come here . She said “ you owe us for your missed appointment “. There was no missed appointment. I rescheduled and I think if you don’t inform someone well before an appointment you no longer accept their insurance ( blue cross) then you shouldn’t charge them ( and for what , as I rescheduled ).I said I will not be paying as I am not at fault . Then she says “ we will see” . Completely rude woman . I have gone there for years but will never again . If you have no human decency and empathy you don’t belong in reception .

    Lydia OConnell: This is the Best dental office I have ever been to. My friend referred me to this office after I was not satisfied with the last dental office, I went to. The dental hygienist was phenomenal. He did a thorough evaluation of my teeth on the first visit, including looking at my plaque under a microscope which has never been done at another dental office before. He explained every part of the exam to me in a way that I could understand. Dr. Denning was also phenomenal. He wanted to make sure that I had the best experience at their office. He did not rush through speaking to me and evaluating my teeth. Any recommendations he had were discussed and then it was my option to decide whether I would go through with them. I will never go to another dental office and even if they stop taking my insurance for some reason, I would continue to go to this office. I am myself in the medical field and wish that all doctors offices function the way this office does.

    Sarah Moore: This practice is amazing. Dr. Juracka, Diana and everyone else that works here are all wonderful people. They really care about you. Dr. Juracka is very gentle, probably the most gentle dentist I’ve ever went to, and the office is warm, relaxing and welcoming. The care is world class and I will never go anywhere else for my dental care. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist. I am very selective about my medical and dental care and this practice goes above and beyond, cannot say enough good things about them! Call them today!
