Bryce was awesome, looking up prices for me, getting back to me with quotes within 15 mins; when is the last time thats happened? The price was more than fair and less than other places quoted. Had to do a major repair, and incredibly it was done in two days. I was treated with respect and unlike most car repair places, Bryce spoke to me like I knew what I was doing, and not like I was clueless. I have never been happier!

5 /5 Deborah Harter: I went in for a check on a new intermittent issue I was having c my Honda CR-V. Justin listened patiently as I explained the problem, so the Techs would know what was going on ( as it was very infrequent, yet bothersome) He answered the questions o had and seemed very knowledgeable. The wait time was close to what he told me to expect. I was very pleased with the the reception & the respect I received at my visit.

5 /5 Pete Tamburro: West Herr Honda service department is top notch. We found that out when we moved here four years ago with my wifes Honda CRV. I have always owned "American" cars (Buick, Ford, Jeep, etc.) but when I bought my new Pilot, breaking my streak, the West Herr Honda service dept was a big part of that decision. Theyve always been friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Even in the year Ive owned my Pilot theyve proved it to be true. And my service appointments always happen on time and finish in an appropriate amount of time. Big thumbs up for West Herr Honda service!

They gave me a better deal on tires than Costco, so I went with them. I think I found my new service garage. Im surprised; I grew up hearing dealers werent trustworthy, but these folks knock it out of the park.
