After my catalytic converter was stolen off my Prius when in NYC, I had a really rough time finding a shop that would work with me to install a catalytic converter shield as recommend by my insurance company as Im frequently in the city and my model of Prius is a high target. Originally I had an appointment with my Toyota dealership and they were incompetent and said they would not install it to my request. I called around to about a dozen other shops until I found this one. They were super friendly and helpful. Even though they were super busy and booked out for a month, they were able to squeeze me in early one morning to install the shield so that I was able to drive into the city for work with my Prius with a little less apprehension. The rates were really fair too and almost half as much as I was going to pay for the Toyota dealership to try to install it before I lost confidence in them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair and honest repair shop.

Angel Rivera: So I get there early Monday morning. I thought they opened at 8 am but its at 9 am . No problem, my mistake. I am there now for two hours waiting for this place to open. No one shows up. Theres no signs stating why they were closed . It was such a waist of my time . That day, I had so much to do . Ended up going to Mavis down the road . They were great. But by the time i got there, I had to wait 45 min before they started working on my car because of all the waisted time. You just lost a very loyal customer. Please do better communicating whether you will be open or not. Good luck with your business.

They close before their official business hours and a paying customer shouldnt have to even ask for them to stay open to their publicized hours so I can pick up my car - especially when the customer has to call to see if its ready. Im obviously annoyed BUT they did do what I came into do. If you want a place that requires a little more from you in terms of service but is reliable...then go for it. If not, go to more mainstream/retail place.
