1 /5 Julie Cammarata: I hate having to do this, but I think it’s important to put the word out there. I came to this practice Even after hearing the horrible experience my senior mother had with Dr. Williams. I was unaware at the time of which doctor gave her a hard time so I booked an appointment to get One of my teeth filled. just my luck, I got Dr. Williams. I didn’t say anything to him upon my initial appointment about the treatment of my mother. I wanted to find out for myself during my examination. He was very rude to me. He has no bedside manner whatsoever or compassion for his patients. They charged me for things I never requested so now I have to call the insurance company and fight it. Also, I was driving home after my appointment and had to pull the gauze out of my top gums. he never removed the gauze when he was done . I didn’t realize it at the time that it was there because my mouth was numb. finally, let’s not forget about the black bear that he killed and put in the waiting room as a trophy. That right there should tell you a person’s character. I ended up calling them back and canceling my appointment for six months. I will never go back there again. I don’t even know how he is still practicing with all of the horrible reviews. I have read about this practice best of luck to you, sir.

5 /5 Melissa: Amazing dentist & dental assistants! They are so welcoming and tell you what they’re going to do every step of the way so you aren’t surprised. Even the receptionist’s are amazing! Unfortunately I lost my job and they don’t take any forms of Medicaid so I had to find a new dentist. But I plan to go back to them when I get a new job!! Highly recommend this practice!

1 /5 cindy lamacchia: Their trying to make us pay $250.00 for something that our dental insurance has already covered! And, I have an appointment today & if I cancel because of this situation thats going on, their going to charge us $100.00. I had a VERY strong feeling this was not a good place to. And its not the the doctors or assistants, its the people that do the paper work...they dont know what their doing, at all!!!! NEVER EVER go there, they will rip you off & than fight & argue & LIE that your wrong & their right!!!!! They are straight up THEIVES

1 /5 greg reggie: Made appointment for general cleaning. They called me today to come which was a week early and I did. When I got there it took almost an hour to get started. Then I was told they needed to look at my gums before they could proceed. Another lie. They took several X-rays and did a periodontal procedure (hurt like hell) and I questioned it constantly explaining I had a dentist and periodontist but I was told I had no insurance which was not true. Treated me like I asked for periodontist in which I stated I was not there for that reason. Took over 2 hours there and at checkout a senior worker got extremely loud in which I replied “I can here you fine” but she continued and started yelling at me which I asked why she was raising her voice. (Gave me lame excuse) I explained again “I came in for general cleaning” which she replied you can’t so I said you should have told me that when I made appointment. I won’t be back.

1 /5 Jamene Kosowski: Dr. Williams mistreated me and I left crying. No one stopped me or checked in with me there after. Since my whole family was already established there and they have multiple dentists, I asked for my family to never see him again and see just the other dentists and the office manager said that she was not willing to do this. We loved the hygienists over the years, too bad the upper level of this place is rude and demeaning to their clients. Don’t waste your time and money going here. If you’d like the whole story- please ask!!
