ECMC Dental - Grider Street - Buffalo (NY)

1 /5 Stephanie: I wouldnt even give it 1 star. Staff is unprofessional and rude. I was yelled at while attempting to make an appointment by a woman named Louise to call my own dentist, when I expressed my need for dental care and that I had been referred to contact them. She then hung up on me. Other departments of ECMC have proven to be less than ok. The staff is dismissive and unprofessional. Theirs clearly a safety issue. Scheduling is impossible and staff is constantly heard complaining to patients and in ear range of patients I heard discussions of patients behaviors etc. Over all it was and has been a horrible experience every single visit. Dont subject yourselves to this environment unless its absolutely necessary and you have exhausted all other options.

1 /5 We Clean !!!: I had an extremely frustrating experience with ECMC Dental. The appointment scheduling process is terrible—you’re often forced to wait weeks, sometimes even months, for an available time. On top of that, the office seems severely understaffed, and it’s clear that customer service is not a priority. The staff members I encountered were rude and unhelpful, which made the whole experience even worse. I expected much better service, but unfortunately, ECMC Dental has fallen short in every way. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone looking for timely, professional care.

1 /5 Kaela Jones: Does anybody know the director number to this company they dont answer the phone and if they do you get a rude receptionist that makes u call back you cant get through on the line at all they put you on hold all day i wish i didnt have to give one star who runs a company like this
