1 /5 Amy Deng: Hairdresser aka owner was 30 minutes late. I came at 12:30pm, she wasn’t there and her colleague called her and she asked me can I do 2:30pm. I came back around 2:36pm and she comes in at 3:00pm. I asked to cut 2-3 inches. She cuts off like 5 inches? And when I said it is way too short, she said I agreed to this. Why would I agree to cut off 5 inches. She showed me on hair where to cut and I said no and I showed her where I want it cut it and she said okay. Cuts my hair for 20 mins while on her cell phone the whole time. Let’s disregard the length, the hair cut itself is horrible. Idk why I still tipped her $5, she should give me money for messing up my long hair.

1 /5 Betty Boop: Ive been going to this location for 15 yrs! Now there is a new owner but my same stylist.Ive followed my stylist from another salon. The color dye is not the same quality. I can see and feel the difference. The products have to be cheaper and poor quality. I paid $130 supposedly included the tax! First time ever! I dont think ill be going back. I love Ramona but it was an odd visit today. I wonder if i can hire Ramona to do my hair at home. So disappointed!

1 /5 Toturntjessica :3: The whole experience was horrible. So I made a appointment going in there thinking Im going to get attention from a nail technician. But apparently "no appointment was done" but she said she would do my nails. So I wait for her to be done with the client before me. I tell her what I want done, then she told me the price will be $35. I thought that was weird bc the full acrylic set was $25 but I didnt think much about it. So she started doing my nails and can all ready see shes doing it wrong. So my nails came out rigid and bumpy that was already lifted it didnt help that she was cuting me so much. Now I have a infection. My point is DONT COME HERE FOR ACRYLICS DONE.

5 /5 Maddy Val: Pleasant experience, have been visiting this salon for months and the staff is friendly. Not your typical salon where the staff is constantly bickering and trash talking. What more can you ask for a place you can style your hair, get you nails done flawlessly and your toes all in a few short hours.
