1 /5 Liz Travis: This is a shortened version of what I just emailed to Anthropologie’s executive team and customer relations because this really deserves attention. After days of emails with customer service and no resolution, I drove over an hour to the Albany store during our mini honeymoon and spent another hour plus there with multiple staff trying to fix a simple wedding registry return/exchange request. The process was unclear and poorly handled by telephone customer service support.
Huge thanks to Tanya S. and her team for going above and beyond to help - she deserves a raise for her professionalism and effort. Anthropologie needs to standardize their wedding registry return process or risk losing loyal customers. Brides, proceed with caution.
TL;DR: Amazing in-store staff (thank you Tanya S.!), but the wedding registry return system is broken, disorganized, confusing, and needs urgent corporate attention.
