1 /5 Alyssa Messina: Kohls, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this particular store location. Frankly, it was a disaster. The aisles were a complete mess; merchandise was scattered, clothing was piled haphazardly, and it was difficult to even navigate through the store. Its a stark contrast to how I used to perceive this Kohls. I remember walking through the store in the past and thinking how well-organized and pleasant it was to shop there. Now it seems like the store has completely fallen into disarray. This level of disorganization is not acceptable, and its made me rethink whether Ill shop at this location again.

2 /5 E YL: Have been going to this store for over 10 years. Observed clear decline in term of the neatness of the store and the quality of the clothing. Self pick up of online order is crazy … anyone can just grab the stuff without any verification.

3 /5 Pam Dickert: I used to love kohls it was always my go to store. In the past few years they have whittled the petite department down to nothing. Its very seldom I find anything in the store anymore in petite. KOHLS BRING BACK A LARHER PETITE DEPARTMENT!!!!!

1 /5 NANCY BAYLY: Went to kohls last nite -1 registered open - the girls name was patience -she was WONDErFUL- tbere was woman working self checkout no customers - the register was 10 people deep and I asked if the self checkout lady could open a register ahe said no- she continue to rearrange stuffed animals as 10 people waited for the register ridiculous - you need better management- the customer at self checkout works harder than the woman that oversee the self checkout and ahes getting paid - yiu need to change that - I won’t be back
