5 /5 Nathan: Definitely will be coming again very soon!!! I was looking for a pair of boots and left with 2 pairs, pull over sweater and more and honestly because the service was impeccable to say the least!! I wish EVERY store i went to had the same service. The staff was truly fantastic and helpful in Every way. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

1 /5 Zone Management: Its honestly sad when I have to buy a Columbia jacket from a different store because the Columbia prople didnt want to even bother when I was there. Probably some of the worst customer service I have had in awhile to be honest . 3 staff, 3 customers in the whole store. NOBODY getting help, because all 3 were behind their counter not paying any attention. Then when asked for some assistance, it was an attitude and pushed off to the website. I hope everyone doesnt get treated like this.

5 /5 Tye Hannah: This store didnt really have much for me to choose from BUT they had what I needed at a great price. The staff was very nice and helpful.

1 /5 Mike and Beth Burton: Wife was told fitting rooms closed because there were not enough employees working. (Dresses obviously require fitting rooms) Two employees were talking to each other about how much an older couple spent after they shared about discounts. Frustrating.
