5 /5 Olivia VanNatten: From the moment I met Jackie at a bridal show about 2 years prior to our wedding, I knew that I wanted her to be a part of my wedding adventure! Our conversation felt personal, rather than just a business transaction. Jackie truly puts her heart into her work and does everything she can to make the process as easy as possible. Jackie was extremely patient with me as I was very indecisive in finding the perfect dress. She went as far as looking online at her designers website and sending me options based on what I thought I wanted, bringing up dresses from her other location, and even renting dresses from the designer just for me to try on—and decide I hated. She truly went above and beyond. I went to four other bridal shops and none of my experiences there compared to the kindness, compassion and patience I felt at Eternity Bridal. Jackie and her staff did an amazing job of helping me find (and alter) my dream dress! We also had a great experience renting our tuxes from them as well. Jackie ensured that each one fit perfectly and everyone had all that they needed for our big day. I can’t say enough great things about Eternity Bridal, Jackie and her staff. Our wedding would not have been the same without them and we will be forever grateful!

5 /5 Brianna Phillips: I had the best bridal experience here ever! They went above and beyond for me! They brought me a dress from their other store, she pulled dresses for me that she thought I would beautiful in, which I didnt get at other bridal shops. I had the whole store to myself so they really make sure all their attention is on you! They even had the dress that no other store in NY had not even Klienflieds! Worth the drive definitely get your dress from here!

5 /5 Paige Coolbeth: Although I am not getting my wedding dress from Eternity because I found something else I loved just a little bit better, it was by far the best experience I had at any of the 5 different bridal stores that I went to (Vermont and New York)! As a bigger plus size woman, I felt so welcome and I was able to try on every dress that I wanted to! The staff was so nice and I would recommend anyone looking for a beautiful wedding dress to come here! A huge plus is that they have a seamstress you can work with for the perfect fit and any alterations needed!
