3 /5 Kiara Shanks: This store used to be so cute and innocent when I was younger, but if I was still a teenager I dont think my mom would let me shop here. The styles have changed and with it so has Garages image.The clothes are inappropriate and the employees are not helpful at all, they are only trying to sell the clothes. They will tell you that you look good in whatever is the most expensive thing and they say they will get different sizes for you, but arent available to help in the fitting room when you need it. They arent size inclusive (at least at this location), if you are plus size I wouldnt shop here. This store was made for an ideal body type. Also when asked who helped me and I said "no one", the woman said "I will just write —— from the fitting room". I understand they are on commission but she didnt help me at all. Ive also spent well over $1000 there in the past year and have gotten no coupons. I cant get into my account on my phone so I use their iPad while I am there but they never tell me I have coupons so I asked and she said I needed to spend $1.. .but I have gotten emails saying for my coupons so Im genuinely confused where my coupons have been going. Before someone says Im writing this out of anger, Im actually writing this because Ive been a long time customer for at least 5 years and I feel Garage has changed. I believe my feedback will give some insight to the business and hopefully they will take it into consideration.
